The PAs we have seen both times we have had appointments were extremely pleasant. The office is, however, extremely busy. Expect a 20-30 minute delay, if not more. We choose to vaccinate one vaccine per visit as long as the kids arent sick, and this office seems to want to really push the vaccines at you. The number one complaint I have is parking and actually finding the location on Eastern. Im pretty sure its located in an offbuilding of the hospital, so expect to walk a little with your kids. I recommend the parking garage and a stroller. My 2 year old has reactive airway disease (baby asthma), and we asked for a referral to a pulmonologist. I received the referral in the mail a month later with a letter saying they had tried to get in touch. I didnt have any voicemails or missed calls from them, so Im guessing there was some sort of paperwork error. Also, while there today, one of the receptionists was calling a patient on the phone while they were sitting in the waiting room right in front of her. Very, very busy office.

I chose the location for convenience. We initially started to see a pediatrician that was on call at the hospital. But after the second visit we knew that he wasnt the one for us. He was very businesslike and not soft the way you would want with your child. Well after choosing this office and after our first appointment I knew this was the place for us. EVERYONE there loves kids/babies from my observations. They always make my one year old smile. There are multiple doctors that you can see or if you wish you can stick to just one. I have loved them all so we just take whoever is available. They have two separate waiting areas, one for sick kids and one for the healthy ones who are there for well checks which is a plus. The doctors do not rush you to get to the next patient, if you have questions they will sit down with you and go over them. Its refreshing. I highly recommend this office for your children!

THE WORST WAIT TIMES EVER AND BILLING IS ALWAYS A NIGHTMARE!!! WOULD HAVE AN APPOINTMENT BUT WOULDNT BE SEEN BY ACTUAL DR. For up to 2-3 hours after waiting!!! Stay away! Would always pay my co-pay upon arrival and would get a bill again a month later for a co-pay, theyd say I never paid it! I stopped going to this Dr. 14 months ago and just got a bill, do yourself and your kids a favor and go elsewhere. Dr.Lamotte is good however she has 2 locations so she may not even be the one seeing your child.

I have taken my child in to see Dr. Kim Lamont several times & I have always enjoyed her care & personal/professional advice. She is great with children & knows how to adapt to any situation in a split second. She also knows the strengths of herself & staff members so she places them accordingly. I am a very protective father & when I bring my son to see her I am easy going. Only once did I wait for an Hour; but their well & sick side were both packed. So it was quick for the circumstances.

Worst place ever! Why do they tell you to make an appointment, yet when you go in, tell you it is a long wait and people who have been there for over half and hour already are still waiting. This is a clinic not a doctors office. I dont pay so much money in my health insurance to go to a clinic! And there is a difference of a clinic and a doctors office dont go here unless you have literally all day to wait. I walked out and am looking for a different doctor

After I have visited 5 other pediatric offices, this is the one! I love the staff members, theyre all nice, the most that I like is the written information provided after each visit, as far as measurements, weight, and childs development. I recommend Doctor Ineada Jack, she is very knowledgeable, she answers all my questions, and she is very soft spoken, gentle, and patient with children.

I have been taking my boys here for a year and absolutely love our Dr. Lisa Miller. She is not only knowledgeable, but she is nice and gentle. My boys love her. My husband and I love her. She is such an awesome pediatrician and her nurse Michael is amazing too. There can be long waiting times but for us it is totally worth the care we receive.

Great and caring doctors but the wait time are OUTRAGEOUS.. I was 10mins early for my appt time and still wasnt seen in till 1hour and 25mins laters this is the second time in a month Ive experienced these long wait times.. I think they need to schedule less appts in a day

Worst wait times. why have appointments if you always have to wait an hour before getting a room. and then when u are 5 min late they get on to u?!? Ya right. we have showed up 30 min early And still waited an hour and a half. dont waste your time with this place.

The most horrible experience! Waited in waiting room for an hour after the appointment. Staff is very rude and same goes for Dr.lemot. They do not even try to provide any friendly customer service or even try to Make the baby feel comfortable or the parent.
