went in to discuss shoulder pain and have had tubes tied and trying to manage menopause symptoms. had ex rays and was recommended to take classes and to find a new career and was also given lab blood work which included a pregnancy test. Secondly I had a sty in my eye so asked to be prescribed eye drops and that was approved but when i got to the pharmacy I got medication for an ear infection. Kaiser you scare me and I pay...oh I pay!

Standard Kaiser operating procedure = make patient feel like an idiot for coming in and then send them to a group class for [whatever]. Better care can be obtained with no insurance and using an online doctor via video.
