I recently had to find a new primary care doctor and tried out The Doctors Clinic in Poulsbo. I saw Erica Hickson and she was great! She took the time necessary to answer all my questions, even though I had several little things I wanted to ask about. She made me feel that she cared and didnt rush me out of there or anything. A month or so later, I went in for urgent care for some side pain I was experiencing and saw Dr. Mendelsohn. Even though the pain was almost gone by the time I saw him (of course), he didnt make me feel stupid and checked out anything that could point to a serious problem. I never felt like he was just humoring me, which Ive unfortunately experienced with other doctors before. I would make an appointment with him again if I couldnt get in to see Erica. Overall, my two experiences have been great and all the staff were kind and welcoming!

I was seen by Jonathan Mendelsohn right off the bat I could hear him saying how he was in a bad mood and went camping so he was tired. He came into the room seemed nice until the conversation went on. This guy wants to not have you as a patient and will argue with you and toss your paperwork and walk out of a room. That is my experience with their doctor. They are rude and I have never ever complained about a doctor other than like a darn that appointment is really early or something like that. This was a horrifying experience and I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Thanks to the M.A. or receptionist who slammed papers on the counter and threw a little fit because I asked to update my contact information that was seven years old. Ill be sure to never make an appointment again at your office because heaven forbid I burden you with making you do your job. The doctor wondered why my blood pressure was so elevated??!!

Absolutely wonderful staff. Anita at the front desk makes you feel so warm and welcomed. My nurse Cat is awesome and so friendly. She explains things wonderfully. My MD Dr.Cucciardi is a very knowledgeable and kind woman. I highly suggest The Doctors Clinic, and will continue going there for many years. Thank you!
