This is the worst health care facility I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. The staff has a ghetto mentality and treats patients accordingly. I have been treated rudely and/or hung up on every time I have called this office. The hood rats who man the phones see it as their responsibility to take out their anger and frustration on the very patients who pay their salaries, and are anything but helpful. The doctors are incompetent, lazy and far from proactive. But, the staff will make you wish you had gone to a free clinic in the Bayview. Do yourself a favor and run from this dump. You’re better off providing your own health care. At least you care about you. These people don’t care about ANYTHING.

I went in with a cough Ive been struggling with for 5 weeks and the doctor looked in my nose for 3 seconds and diagnosed me with some chronic allergy issue. She prescribed me some decongestant even after I begged her for antibiotics or something that would help my cough. I went to urgent Care about 30 minutes later and the doctor recommended a zpack. 1 week later and my cough is gone no thanks to Pacific family care. Third time Id gone there and finally made the right choice to try somewhere else. The staff is incredibly rude and make it very clear that do not care about their patients.
