I disagree with the other post. I believe the staff are great with us and my children, but honestly, they could treat us like utter dirt and we would never consider leaving this wonderful one of a kind pediatrician. Dr McManigal is the BEST pediatrician in the world! He was our third try at a pediatrician for our very ill infant with failure to thrive, Sensory Processing Disorder, and hospitalizing disease. She would not keep ANYTHING down!! He worked very closely with us and has gotten us so many referrals between my 2 children that we have been able to address all of our childrens health needs in a timely manner, got timely diagnoses, and got my children the help they needed so badly. We have 2 healthy (not to mention live!) children because of Dr McMaingals ability to see the whole picture, act swiftly and work as part of a team. Not to mention his PERFECT bedside manner! He spends forever with us and never makes us feel like he needs to rush on to the next patient. When were there, were his top priority. And the kids NEVER complain about going to see him; in fact, they like it! There is no pediatrician out there better than Dr. McManigal! A GIANT THANK YOU to the AWESOME DR. MCMANIGAL!!!

Dr. Mcmanigal is an absolutely amazing and impressive physician. He is extremely personable, patient and thorough. However, the medical assistants are beyond terrible. Extremely rude, distant and absolutely no empathy or personality. They dont even look at you or smile or say a word to you. They are not thorough or patient at all and dont even acknowledge me or my child. I really do not want to leave this office because Dr. Mcmanigal is so good with my daughter, however for these reasons I just might need to.

Thorough and explanatory! He checked everything on my child from her heart to her back to her ears and even her fingernails! He addressed everything and had great suggestions and answers to my questions! The best in Roseville-- trust me this is my 5th pediatrician... He is great!!

THE best pediatrician we have ever had. Your kids will adore him and you will value his thorough exams and good counsel. He has gone above and beyond to help us. Hes one of those doctors who was meant to do what he his doing. Amazing doctor.
