I had an appointment for my Daughter 3-3-15 at 4:10pm and did not get called at all, I left and rescheduled after waiting for 45 minutes, then I made another appointment for my son today 3-5-15 for a possible ear infection. The appointment was scheduled at 11:00, I did not get called in by the nurse till 11:41 and was told it would be awhile before they moved us to our room, I got frustrated and left and had to reschedule ONCE AGAIN because they are behind. I explained to the nurse at the front desk that patients need to be seen at their appointment times. I also mentioned that they need to have some sort of notification posted regarding the their lag time on seeing patients. I feel that they do not care about their patients and do not understand that people rearrange their schedules to bring their sick child to be seen and once they get there they wait and wait and wait.

I have been taking my son to her for almost four years now. Dr.B is an excellent, and the staff is so plesent. I have never had to wait more than five mintues, they always find a way to fit us in the schedule if my son is sick or his asthma giving him a hard time.
