I am pretty sure "Dallas" review below was written incorrectly. Frankly, I have never been so impressed with a Doctors office than I am with Dr. Valdez. I have never had difficulty with reaching anyone at their office. In fact, they are the only Pedicatricians office that I have ever had that actually ANSWER the phone with a human voice vs an automated number choosing game. This assistants, staff and secretary are AMAZINGLY sweet, personable and helpful. I have always been able to get a same day appointment, never encountered anyone in the waiting room, never had to wait more than 5 min for Dr. Valdez to see us, and he is extremely thorough and puts your heart and mind at ease. I recommend him to ALL my friends and family in the area. I am in the medical field, and admire his patience, wonderful bedside manner, sparkling clean office, and sweet office staff. Please do not make your choice based of of the review from "Dallas." Give his office a try.....I guarantee you will not be dissapointed!!

I wanted to switch over to Dr. Valdez from another Pediatricians office. He seemed great and I really liked him a lot. I signed all the paper work to get our records transferred. A month later, I called the office to get my sons immunization records to register him for kindergarten. The woman on the phone said she had just sent the request for our records a couple days prior. Again, I had brought them in a month ago and they were just now sending the request?! My oldest daughter has had open heart surgery, so we see a lot of different doctors and surgeons. I can say for certain that this isnt a good sign if it takes the staff an entire month to simply fax a request for medical records. There are times that we need things faxed the same day to different specialists because of my daughters condition. Dr. Valdez is very nice, but I dont think his staff is on top of it. Unfortunately, we wont be going back. I really need an office that runs more efficiently.

I completely agree with "kfriend" and can only assume that "Dallas" was confused and wrote a review about a different office or has some other agenda! His description is nothing like any of my experiences with Dr. Valdez at Professional Pediatrics!! And I have SIX KIDS! Before I had my first baby, a dear friend highly recommended Dr. Valdez to me and despite distance and office changes for me, I continue to go to him because he actually really cares about kids and is diligent in his treatment, while setting anxious parents at ease. His staff, too, is AWESOME!! Honestly, I thank God for this man and for his staff. Because of them, my kids actually all LIKE to go to the doctor, and I dont feel like I have to fight the medical establishment to get the best care for my children!

Dr.Valdez is and EXTREMELY UNprofessional doctor whos M.A.s are the MOST incompetent M.A.s I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. With my experience with this "Professional" organization, I have had nothing but unreturned phone calls and have had the most unpleasant visits to this doctor when he can find time in his life to fit my daughter in. I have never been treated so horribly in my life by a health care professional and it is obvious to me that at this medical office, their hearts are not in it for the care of children, but to make a quick buck... I would NEVER send anyone to see this doctor or have my daughter return to him. Take my advice, you will have no help here!

Dr. Valdez and his staff have never been anything less than wonderful. My daughter was born on a Wednesday morning at 4am. Dr. Valdez arrived at 8am to see her and to do her first check up. Before We were discharged home he said it was also important to him that she be seen at 5 days old (not 6 days old) so he made arrangements to open up his office for us to come in on that Sunday morning. My daughter is now almost 18months old and I couldnt be happier here.

Love this place! I have nothing bad to say about anyone at this office. They have always been very accommodating and professional. I have had to call after hours before and Dr. Valdez returned my call within 30 mins. The staff truly takes an interest in their patients. They never make you feel stupid for having FTM questions/paranoia. I have always been well informed by the Dr. and his staff. I would highly recommend Professional Pediatrics.

Parents, please carefully choose where you take your kids. I will never take mine to this office: I called the office and ask if they are taking new patients and the answer was a question: "What type of insurance you have, if you pay out of pocket we are accepting new patients, but if have from your employer we have to check first!!" They never answered my question! I excused my self and said goodbye.

Dr. Valdez and his staff feel like part of our family. They have supported us through our most frightening experiences and have always shown a genuine interest in our well-being. I was recommended to them by my OBs office before my first child was born and later found he was well-known and respected throughout Roseville both professionally and personally.

Wow, what a difference a pediatrician makes. Dr. Valdez was recommended to us after we saw another Ped. who did not discuss anything with me, just told me what to do! Have only had one visit, but we like him and his office staff.

This place is a joke. If you dont spend enough money there you will be dropped as a patient. Guess this gangster robs you with a Ph.D. instead of a gun. Use a gun I would feel better.
