I just moved here from out of town and my pooch needed a tooth pulled. They were VERY accommodating. The staff cares for you and your pet. They oohhed and awwed over my dog, which makes me know they care. They called after he woke up and reported he was OK and were very pleasant to talk to. If you read some other reviews about the front desk and paperwork jumbles, please also consider you are there for your pet care. And that to me is number one. You may walk in and not be immediately greeted or call and be told to hold as they are with another customer. These are all true, they focus on the first task and then the next. If you go in relaxed, you should have a great experience. I even saw them immediately attend to a sick dog who was from out of town.

This vet has the worst customer service I have ever done business with. I called and was told if I brought my dog in before 11am for blood work I would have the results in by 5 pm the same day. I brought my dog in before 11am. After they did the blood draw they stated it was going to be 24 hours. I called the following day at 11am and they stated someone would call me right back, 2 hours later I called again. I was given an attitude and was told the results havent been sent over yet. If I would have known they were going to treat their customers like this, I would have gone somewhere else. On top of given and attitude and waiting longer than 24 hours, they charged me $100 more than other vets within a 10 miles radius.

Terrible service! We waited almost 40 minutes in the exam room and were never seen. I went out to ask if we needed to reschedule and was told that emergencies came up and both vets were busy but would be in shortly. No problem there, emergencies do come first and I totally understand that. The problem that I have is that not one person came in to let us know what was going on. Would it have been that hard to say "Hey, we had an emergency come up, theres going to be a delay. Would you like to reschedule or wait?" But nope, nothing. Instead we just heard them call one person after another for their appointments and were skipped over completely. Totally wrong. Well be going elsewhere.

Dr. Z solved the problems with my dog that had gone on for years. I trusted her and she was on the mark. My Lhaso suffered from recurrent ear infections to the point where he is deaf. Several vets continued to treat the ear infections. Dr. Z looked at him and said, this is allergies. She started him on a regimen of medication and we decreased it to the least possible dose. I now have a happy little boy. Unfortunately, the hearing is gone. Wish I had found Dr. Z sooner. You cant go wrong with her. Everyone else at the clinic is kind, courteous and amazing with the animals. I take all three of my poochies there now. 5 Stars x 2 for them.

I love Dr Z. She took very good care of my very sick kitty who is diabetic,has multiple health issue,old, and has rectal glands abscess. she took the best approach for my cat by letting me and my husband staying in the room for blood draw vs had to put my cat under anesthesia. Everything went well. She always call and touch base with me regarding my cat. she knows her stuff and really care about her patients. They dont charge you arms and legs for every little things. staff is awesome as well. I am so glad switching my kitty care to this hospital.

Dr Z is by far the best vet I have ever worked with. She took excellent care of my dog during her dental and mass removal. She is the only vet I will ever take my pets to. Shes down to earth, easy to talk to, very knowledgable, compassionate, and also will explain the different possible treatments if youre on a budget, rather than just suggesting the highest priced treatments like so many vets do. Some of the front staff can be frustrating to deal with at times, and not as pleasant.. However its worth it to have your pet in good hands with Dr. Z

Yesterday I had to say goodbye to a beloved cat. I was a mess emotionally. The people at this office were off the scale kind and respectful to both me and my pet. I was so upset I dont remember the names of the techs or the vet, but words cannot describe how kindly they handled everything. This is the time all pet parents dread, and this staff knows how to handle the grief and guilt we all feel. They are amazing.

Ive been going to this vet for a least 10 years, maybe 15, and they have been consistently over the top in caring for my animals. The techs and the vets are exceptional in both customer service and in medical knowledge. They have gone to heroic efforts more than once to save my pets when they have been in severe distress. The staff are like family to me and I cant imagine going anywhere else.

My wife and I just returned after rushing our young cat in who was suddenly paralyzed with labored breathing. They rushed our Tigger into the doctor and she told us the sad news that he had saddle thrombus, a fatal condition. We said yes to the euthanasia and were with him as they put him down. The staff and doctor were very compassionate and only charge us for the lethal shot. Blessings to them...

Awesome staff. They are incredible busy...you can sit on hold for up to 10 minutes before someone helps you but when they do they are super helpful, willing to squeeze you in, see if they can get s doctor to answer your question really quick and always give amazing customer service! The doctors are amazing! Especially Dr. Lee and Dr. Holmes!!

No complaints.. they have drop off appointments and were flexible with scheduling. My cat got an abscess/infection and they offered me different treatment options and prices (on the phone after their initial examination). Will be coming back. I cant rate as excellent because I have no idea what makes an excellent veterinarian service.

Tops, Natomas, Del Paso ROAD not BLVD, female vet is wonderful, tries to save you money, latest knowledge, daytime hours every day, Any emergencies after regular hours referred to other clinics by phone. Vets are excellent and love this place, takes carecredit.

These people have been our vet now for almost 7 years, through numerous regular and urgent circumstances and one dog death. They are skilled, sensitive and available. The front desk is competent and friendly. A great veterinary service!

Dr. Holmes is wonderful. My dog was hit by a car in December. From the moment we arrived the staff did everything possible to ease my fears. My dog has recovered nicely and Im so thankful for everyone there.

The staff was so compassionate, Doctor Z was amazing and knew what she was talking about. They dont charge you unreasonable prices or charge you for anything you dont need. Highly recommend coming here.

We like this Vet a lot. They are nice people and they take good care of our animals. Sometimes we get conflicting information depending on who you talk to but thats the only complaint that we have.
