They flat out lied to my face about it being Illegal to give Intercepter without a $56 blood test. I checked and it is NOT illegal, (only a recommendation) I called in and confronted them on this and they said the other option was signing a waiver... I was very upset, told them the Tech didnt give me that option and issisted I got the $56 blood test. My dog has been on Heartworm meds faithfully every month. Also other vets dont charge $43 office visit, plus a $56 blood test and overpriced heartworm meds. checked all the other meds they UPSOLD me that day and they were double what other place charge. DONT go there unless you want to be GOUGED. I dont have any confidence in the Vet, he doesnt care for the animal, just his pocketbook. He will fill your dog full of expensive meds that are really not needed. I asked for a complete refund. I havent heard back from them yet!

Brentwood Family Pet Care has provided my beloved pet with the tender-loving care she deserves. The doctors and staff are caring, competent and enthusiastic. My dog recently had surgery: from scheduling the surgery through the recovery process after surgery, BFPC was attentive to my pets needs and followed up with me to check on her progress (Dr. Kristi actually called me, too!). It is also nice that I have been able to get same-day appointments when my pet has had sudden issues (like hot spots, for instance). Their pricing is fair, and is always discussed prior to any procedures being performed or medications administered or prescribed. Many thanks!

The staff at BFPC are amazing! For over 6 years they took great care of our Golden Retriever, Miles and exceeded our expectations. Always treating our dog and family with great care and after 14 years of life helped us put him down comfortablly, and went above and beyond their duties, comforting my daughters during tragic day. Now 3 years later, BFPC was exactly where we came back now with a new puppy in the family. No question, best local Vet. The staff, Kylie, Kimberly are hilarious and infectious. Jannel and Melissa awesome. What professionals! The bottom line is this: They care for your pets as if they were their own. Dr. Lichlyter, thank you!

Ive been taking my animals here for the past 5 years and have no plans to ever take them anywhere else! The staff is professional, very knowledgable and loves on your pets as if they were their own. They make my animals so comfortable and at ease when I take them in, which keeps the stress of a vets office at bay. They always offer to carry your pet or even big bags of food out to your car. Ive read reviews that said they are a bit high in their prices. Im not sure about that but I do know that you get what you pay for. I love BFPC!

I have a minature pincher with chronic ear aches. This summer has been very hard for her. I havent worked in 2 years and did not have the money needed to have her treated. I could not stand to see her in pain and went to Dr. Lichlyter to ask for his advise. He not only spent quality time with me explaining what could be done, but he went out of his way and gave me prescribed medication that I would otherwise not be able to get. I will always be grateful for his help and the kindness of his staff. Thank-you

This place smells fresh and is clean even with pets in and out all day and having accidents. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Some things like getting our pet spayed well do at a county clinic as its cheaper but you get the drawback of the "meat market" feel. This is a top notch clinic. I dont give 5 because the costs are excessive when compared to other clinics. I understand though, Im comparing a Rolls Royce to a Jeep in such cases (not quite apples to apples).

I brought a 8 week old sick puppy to the clinic the other day and the Vet Dr Avra and his staff were amazing. They went over and beyond what was excepted and my sons new little puppy Rambo is now doing amazing and getting healthy. The Vet and the staff answered all her questions and concerns and really helped out a lot. I would highly recommend this clinic and we will be returning soon for his puppy needs..

BFPC had a special for Patriot Day in Sept and was already booked up by the time I called for an appt. BFPC scheduled me a few days later to include me in their recognition of Patriot Day. I kept my appt and was treated with care and attention. BFPC personnel are friendly and knowledgeable and answered my concerns. I would return if my pet needs their services in the future.

My dog was ill all last night and I took her to Brentwood Pet care and they took us right in and diagnosed the problem quickly. Very friendly staff and doctors and will be returning for future check ups.
