The negative reviews on Back to Back in my opinion are completely false. Both Chiropractors at Back to Back improved my life upon my return from combat in Iraq. In 2004 I was deployed to Iraq as a Soldier in the US Army. I never had back problems prior to my deployment. Due to the body armor I had to wear and the overall wear and tear of being a Soldier in combat I came home with neck and back problems. At times, it would be very painful just turning my neck. So I decided to go to Back to Back. Within 2 months, I no longer felt any pain. I need to go in periodically to keep my back aligned, but I must state, after over 12 years of going to Back to Back the service is more than worth it. Without a doubt, Back to Back has helped me out tremendously and I continuously recommend them to all my friends and acquaintances.

I went to this chiropractor for a month,stopped going because he wasnt helping me, did the same thing every single visit, each visit was 15mins.$4000 for a month of visits is ridiculous, and it wasnt even a full month, the last chiropractor I went to gave full service,always changing up his adjustments on my back,would have went back but he had retired. When Chivers went on vacation his replacement I felt was much better,she exercised my shoulder which hurt,cracked my back and l can say I felt good after seeing her. These other reviews must be from friends and family,I would not recommend this place at all,felt like I had been scammed!!!!! See if this makes it on the review page,I doubt it..

I have been going to Back to Back for over 10 years. I have also been treated by both Dr. Chivers and Dr. Lahann-Chivers whether for my neck, shoulder, lower back or feet. They always know exactly how to treat any of my injuries. They always take the time needed to make me feel better. These two doctors are very dedicated to their patients. I would highly recommend Back to Back for anyone who needs to be treat like a person and not nameless face and number.

Back to Back is the best chiropractor I have ever been to. I have been seeing them for over 5 years. They are like my family. As my adjustments go they are not just a get you in and get you out they really spend time heating you up, stretching you with the adjustment, and then helping you recover. Since I have been seeing Back to Back my shoulder I would have maybe 2-3 bad days a year as before it was 5-6 a month. I love Back to Back.

Ive been a patient at Back to Back for four years, and I cant say enough about them. Theyre straightforward, clear about what they can and cannot do (avoid the "woo-woo" that you find in other chiros sometimes.) Convenient hours too!
