I saw Dr. Hashem Farr for a routine colonoscopy. This was the second one I have had. My first one was completely pain free and I was able to watch the procedure as it was occurring on the endoscope monitor. My colonoscopy with Dr Farr was completely different. I experienced a huge amount of pain as Dr. Farr was ramming me with the endoscope. I asked him to slow down and let me try to relax but he didnt listen and continued to jab me. Then I was shouting STOP, STOP, STOP but he did not listen. It was clear he had no intention of listening to his patient. I had minimum sedation as I wanted to watch the procedure as I had in my first colonoscopy. I can not believe Dr Farr wouldnt stop when a patient was asking, begging actually, and at least offer additional pain medication. Thank goodness he didnt perforate my colon. I cant imagine an elderly person or someone with diabetes or other frailty seeing him. He could cause very severe injury these patients. I would never let Dr Hashem Farr treat any of my family or friends or me ever again!!!

My husband had sharp pains in his lower right amdomen area. While at the hospital, Dr. Farr diagnosed my husband as having colitis (possibly Chrons Disease). To be sure, he had a colonoscopy done. They were 99% sure it wasnt appendicitis. Well guess what - my husbands appendix burst a month later. Instead of looking into the possibility of appendicitis, Dr. Farr just assumed it was something in his field of gastrontology. He gave my husband an unnecessary colonoscopy AND caused undue stress regarding the possible Chrons disease. Aside from what actually hapened, Dr. Farrs bedside manner is blunt, rude, and insensitive. Please save yourself months of stress and go see someone else!

• I seen Doctor Hashem Farr recently and it was the most horrible experience of my life. He was rushing the nurses when we got in there. Once I was lightly sedated He preformed the Endoscopy and I was chocking. Once they were done with that he preformed the colonoscopy and when he did that I felt the most sharpest pain and I remember crying and feeling pain the entire time. After this procedure I have experienced so much cramping and back pain. I think this doctor should not have his license any longer. Please research your doctors before seeing them. I wish I would have done better before going to him. I would never ever recommend this doctor again EVER!!!!

My wife was in OConner Hospital. DRs Sara Farr visited her and promised she will call me. But never called me. My wife was using caugh medicine with codeine prescribed in OConner Hospital. My wife was discharged and antibiotic prescription was given to her but not cough medicine. When she got home, she needed the cough medication with codeine. They asked me to get her to ER. But my wife was too weak and hard to move her. I called the hospital and Drs Sara Farr did not want to talk to me or correct their mistake. I do not suggest anybody to be seen by her.
