I called to speak with their office manager about sending them patients through our trade exchange in the area. The receptionist took my information and said she would contact the office manager. I asked to verify their information and she hung up on me. When I called back she hung up again. I find this to be very unprofessional for a business practice. We could bring this company patient through our members in the San Jose area, at this point we probably would not want to send anyone to an office who treats potential customers so very rudely.

Weve been going to Dr. Kallmann for several years. Dr. Kallmann is very professional and does good work. The office staff, while friendly, tends to forget to order things and is somewhat disorganized. They sometimes forget what youre there for and contact lenses are often late or never ordered (they are suddenly overnighted). Id look around a little.
