My family and I have been with Dr. Ballantine since 2001 and he has consistently provided us with excellent care. He is thorough and professional and over the years has educated me on what to expect with my work (in front of a computer screen every day) and as my eyes "age." The office staff did go through some growing pains for a VERY short period of time, but those ironed out quickly. Weve always had an excellent experience and I highly recommend him.

I was hoping to order glasses from here, but my initial experience with the gal working in the office made it clear that will not happen. She didnt want to tell me the cost of frames until she looked at my insurance benefits (sketchy, huh?!) and she was belittling of my decision to purchase a specific brand of lenses that work well for me. The office was also very cluttered. I wont be returning.

The lady at front desk was very rude and she wont listen what the client said. She made me very uncomfortable during phone conversation and she is not professional. I strongly do not recommend this shop.
