Id been wearing eyeglasses for more than 2 decades. My left eye is legally blind, cant see nothing but a glare due to lazy eye that wasnt treated and my right eye is not as bad compared to the other eye and has been working so hard to compensate for my other eye. All these years my eyeglasses has been my best friend, my companion but I have to let them go for the best. Lasik has been around for quite some time now but I was scared to let anyone touch my eyes fearing that in one mistake-it can cause my eyesight. But Dr.Tandon said something that made me consider lasik. She said that she did lasik to her own daughter and now shes not wearing eyeglasses anymore. Hearing that statement plus her very straight forward answers to my questions have made decided to forgo the procedure. The procedure took seconds and she tells you everything she do and not leave you clueless to what she is going to do with your eye and that is important for me. The moment I got out on the procedure room, I can see. I cried at that moment because I could literally see everything around me without an eye glass. I dont post reviews but this deserves a shoutout!!!! There are tons of surgeons out there offering the same service, it is up to you if you want to take a risk and I did, and I did the right choice for choosing Dr. Tandon. Thank you for doing an excellent job, now I can see cobwebs and dust in my house.....the leaves on the trees next to my room. It has been great so far. Post op Day 2.

I have seen Dr. Tandon for over 12 years and she is hands-down the BEST doctor I have seen. I started wearing glasses at a very young age (5yrs old) and transitioned over to contact lenses at the age of 10-11. Dr. Tandon goes beyond any ordinary ophthalmologist and its a pleasure to be seen by her. She answers any questions I have during my exam and is always educating her patients about eye healthcare. Being in my early-mid twenties, I am holding off on my Lasik surgery until my prescription stabilizes a bit more but I defiantly have the confidence that Dr. Tandon will meet my expectations to see better then Ive ever dreamed of before.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Arrogant staff and money minded doctor. Not to mention the long lead times. They overbook to make more. The staff was insulting and refused to call the insurance provider to get insurance info. The doctor was too busy to care and even refused service rather than warn the staff. They conned us into giving co-pay even when we had the insurance agent on the phoen wanting to talk to them and sending faxes. I am expecting an apology. Never been treated like this. The postive remarks are probably from their staff or family. i dont see how anyone with self-respect would go to this place.

Dr. Shobha Tandon is truly a doctor with excellent bedside manner. No air of arrogance, very easy to talk to which is what all doctors should be. Took the time to explain all options with details. Dr. Shobha Tandon is very upfront and not into selling unnecessary surgeries. Very generous with the samples-giving too. Highly recommended. Dr. Shobha Tandon is very knowledgeable and pleasant, was able to answer a lot of my questions. Great office overall. The front office staff are all pleasant too.

All I can say is that Dr. Tandon is a true meaning of a ophthalmologist. Highly skilled and down to earth. When you go to her you wish all your other doctors were like her. Courteous, compassionate, highly knowledgeable are just a few of her attributes. You never feel rushed at her office and are given the highest of attention, which is a rare experience in todays medical offices.

The location was very easy to find. Plenty of parking spots, and in walking distance to BART. The facility is very clean, and has great lighting with a very good amount of natural light. They have the best selection of designer frames in the area. The staff is all very friendly and informative. I highly recommend Neovision. They will definitely be my go to spot every year.

Tried making appointment. Conversation begin with asking about my insurance. She said she doesnt take my vision plan even though she is listed as a provider in my plan. When I asked about my co-pay she said "I dont know, you have to ask your insurance". She was interested in my insurance more that finding out about why I wanted to visit the doctor in the first place.

One of the best places, i had ever been. The Doctor is simply superb. I had visited a few places in the past. But will stick on to this place as the diagnosis and the correction they give is just perfect. This place is not near my house and i have quiet a few places near me, but would prefer to go this extra 30 miles to get the care i need for my EYES!!!!

Ive been here multiple times and my experience has been fully positive. Ive done both glasses and contacts and the doctors were very helpful with teaching me how to apply contacts and take care of them, etc. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an eye doctor or an eye exam.
