The front desk lacks the ability to acknowledge the patients. The phlebotomist had to perform some of the basic procedures the front desk failed to do because they were too busy talking about other things NOT related to work. The caring and attentive phlebotomist (I believe, Sussie is her name), made me feel more at ease after the inadequate front desk experience. Management needs fo address this.

appointment times ore widely ignored. My wife was held for 30 minutes following arriving early for a 12:45 appointment today. I have had similar experiences and request management to work on improvement.
