I must vehemently disagree with the opinion of several reviewers in this page. I have nothing but the highest admiration for the services that Dr. Greenberg and his staff provide to all of his patients. I have now been his patient for over 3 years, and I have observed that in spite of the heavy volume in his waiting room, the staff manages to keep the show rolling with courtesy and professionalism. When no doctor could help me with my serious case of psoriasis, Dr. Greenberg confidently got straight to work and performed "miracles" in making my lessions disappear. He has also treated both of my children for other conditions with equal results and professionalism. I have recommended Dr. Greeberg to several of my friends and I will continue to do so.

I actually worked for him in the past. His bedside manner is horrible, as is his attitude and demeanor. He is beyond rude to his employees and patients alike, and never makes eye contact. He uses bad language and runs around like an un-organized, bat out of hell. The office staff (front desk) is also the same way. I quit after just 1 month of working there because of the negative manner in which the entire place was run. I have worked for many Doctors in the past and I have never encountered any that were as abrasive as he was. In fact, every other DR I worked for/with was awesome! I cannot believe he is still in business....very sad.

I made the mistake of taking my whole family to Dr. Greenberg for 11 years. His office staff has always been INCREDIBLY rude, and he himself would churn his patients in and out the door as fast as possible. Still, he got the job done, but made me feel like he didnt care about my concerns the whole time. It wasnt until I missed an appointment for the first time in 11 years, and they charged me a fifty dollar missed appointment fee, that I decided to find a new dermatologist.

After years of going to another dermotologist with no relief for my psoriasis Dr. Greenberg helped me beyond measure. He was professional, concerned and answered ALL of my questions. No, he doesnt hang around in the treatment room to talk Kardashians or sports but you will experience results. I know many, many satisfied patients. As for the women in the office, get to know them, they are competent, caring and fun.

My family has been going to Dr. Greenberg for more than 20 years. He has seen my children and me through my adult acne phase. I took Accutane and Dr. Greenberg helped me through it, totally curing it buy adjusting the dosages. He is doctors doctor, very knowledgeable and competent. My husband is a physician and he has always referred his serious cases to Dr. Greenberg. If you a real doctor, he is the one to go.

My husband and I just went to Dr Greenberg. We were seen before our appointment time. I went in for a spot check and Dr Greenberg checked everywhere and froze about four areas on my face. His PA did a "cut" to a spot under my eye and a biopsy of a spot on my back. He has a great sense of humor: I was very happy . He wants to see me every 6 months. Im glad I chose Dr Greenberg to be our dermatologist.

I have used Dr Greenberg for a number of year (psoriatic arthritis) and am completely satisfied with his entire practice. The only issue they have is that they are so popular that they can get overwhelmed with the sheer number of patients - and so I think they have to deal with them as efficiently as possible - that probably does not suit the people who want to talk for the sake of talking.

My family and I have been going to Dr. Greenberg for the last 3 years. Today I called to make an appointment for my daughter and the receptionist was extremely rude. She was clearly frustrated and probably did not want to be at work. She kept cutting me off before I could finish a sentence. She definitely could use a training for interpersonal skills!!

This office charged my daughter $100 for a consult without informing her--she is 22 and a bit niave but they took advantage of this and when i called for info they were very rude and pissy. The doc might be good but his practice is slimey.

Dr Greenberg is somewhat arrogant. He does "walk the walk" rather than talk. He has been far more helpful in my treatment than UCSF. Treatment results rather than manners are why I highly recommend Dr Greenberg.

If you call and Nancy answers the phone (not "Nurse Nancy"), hang up and try again. "Paper pusher Nancy" is just nasty. I hate to say it, but she alone is reason not to go to what is otherwise a decent doctor.

Dr. Greenburg does not wash his hands after using the bathroom. How do I know this? The bathroom is in the waiting area! Gross! How can I have him touch my skin condition with such bad hygiene?

No Nonesense and matter of fact. Works withyou to understand your issue and makes himself available for followups even if his calendar is full. Best dermatoligist I have had.
