The worst Pediatrics Place Ever!! Never ever go there even you do not get appointment anywhere else!! I am new to the area and I got an appointment for the first time after waiting for a month. When I got there after 17 mins of the appointment time (because of the traffic) I was thrown out of the place saying (mentioning rudely) that after 15 mins of the appointment time they do not accommodate anyone! I was 2 extra mins delayed of their policy, Just 2 more minutes. No sympathy shown here when their next available appointment was after 1.5 months. Also there were no one waiting in the line after me! And they have Extremely Rude behavior at the front desk!! No smiling face!! No customer service as if they are doing a huge favor to you!! All you can see is grumpy faces. My child is 10 yr old. I have been to many places in last 10 yrs. This is the worst place ever!! This place should be reported to CMS for their attitude! This can not be a childrens doctors place!

My experience at Tri-Valley Pediatrics and with Dr. Sam and Staff has been amazing! Everyone is super helpful, kind and personable. I never feel rushed or that I cant ask a question about my childs health. I always leave with being positively impacted and new tools to help me with my daughters health. AND by far this has been my experience from day 1 of my child life here on earth when Dr. Sam visited us in the hospital. The overall care and concern for my child has been the driving factor for even how I pick my insurance for the years to come; just to make sure I always have the opportunity to bring my child to Tri-Valley Pediactrics and her favorite Dr. Sam (my favorite) :) Love, love, love this place, the people and the facility! If there were 6 stars I would give it :)

Dr. Namita has a fantastic relationship with both of my kids (ages 6 and 2). She doesnt talk down to the kids and she cares about their health. They both really like her. My daughter had a cough which had me worried (she ended up with pneumonia a few months ago) so Dr. Namita assessed the situation and together we came up with a treatment plan. She keeps limited hours, so I have to manage that a bit, but I think she is worth it!

We are really happy with the care we got at Tri-Valley Pediatrics. Dr. Pejham is amazing. In between for a year we could not visit him since we had moved to South City. But recently we have come back to East Bay and are delighted to have Dr. Pejham back as our Pediatrician. Hi It was really nice experience. I used to have good experience with my kids previous doctor as well and having the same here too. I moved to pleasanton and was worried about the kids doctor and all my friends referred to Sam Pejham and i did not have to think twice. I am so far happy and i had only one visit with him. Hoping to continue a good experience in coming visits as well.

Another fantastic experience at Tri-Valley Pediatrics. Dr. Lindsay is fantastic - very professional, warm and informative. She saw something in our sons eye exam that caused concern so she recommended we see a specialist. Shots are always very quick, and the nurses and office staff are always fast and efficient.

Even though they have a lot of patients, the doctors always take the time to answer all your questions. They are also very flexible with appointments. I appreciate the friendliness of the nurses and the rest of the staff. Its always a little intimidating taking your precious baby to the doctor!

Have been visiting this office for the past 1 year...Dr. Namita Agarwal and Dr. Batistuta are awesome!! My daughter has always got the right treatment, with no extra medication ever! the diagnosis has always been correct and exactly to the point!

Dr. Lindsay is fantastic... shes caring and compassionate. She gets where my children are coming from and talks to them without talking down to them. She communicates fantastically with me - lots of in office info and clear follow up.

My kids pediatrician is Dr. Lindsay Bautista she is awesome. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a pediatrician. The office staff is also grate very welcoming and very nice.
