(This review is not for David Cashman, he is really good, but he is never really there) The only reason why I came here is because it was soo cheap. They did not make me co-pay with a PPO. I had two insurances at the time, and they billed both to get extra money. My tooth had cracked, but I didnt really have the money to go somewhere else. The dentists were all very nice, caring, and had excellent credentials. However, they just were not very good. I had four crowns done in the duration of two years. The following year, I went to a new dentist. It turned out the reason I had a sensitivity to sweet stuff on all the areas where I had a crown placed was because all of my crowns were botched. They had huge margins(gaps) and were all leaking. I had to get four new crowns (very expensive). In addition, the staff was really rude, and not professional at all. Especially, the fake blonde curly haired one. She talked down to me, and acted like I didnt know anything, when I knew more about the procedural stuff than she did. And it doesnt stop there, their billing and coordinating staff is all very incompetent. The staff is supposed to check for benefits and look up the coverage plan for the patients (that is their sole job). A dental insurance plan already has pre-determined amounts they are willing to pay for each procedure, and a maximum top off for the year they are willing to pay. When I went to the dentist to get my work done, they told me my maximum amount for the year, and told me I wouldnt have to pay anything. They just assumed they were going to get the maximum amount. However, the insurance company only gave them the pre-determined amount for each procedure, which was less than the maximum (completely obvious, I dont understand how they messed this up). So later on when they got less than the expected amount, they decided to bill me the difference. I was away at college, and my mom had not sent me my mail. Two and a half months later, they decided to sent me to collections. I have never missed a payment in my life, and now I have an ugly mark on my credit report because they are incompetent.

As for me, teeth are among the most important parts of our body. Without teeth, we could not eat properly, speak clearly, or look natural. Therefore, my parents brought me to the best dental office I have ever experienced. Santa Ana Dental group was "hands down" the the best place to go if we wanted help for our teeth. I had a wonderful experience at Santa Ana Dental group because they did an excellent job on my braces (Braces are used to fix poorly aligned teeth). I felt minimum pain and the braces were also comfortable in my mouth. All staff at Santa Ana Dental group were extremely kind and caring to me. In fact, it was as if I was their family member! I liked how the dentists gave me a mail every 6 months to remind me to have a checkup. One aspect that really surprised me about this dental office is that Santa Ana Dental Group provides Zoom Treatment to whiten teeth. They also provided my father with an implant for his missing tooth. In the future, I will trust this dental office to remove my wisdom teeth because Dr. David Cashman is a well experienced dentist in the field of removing wisdom teeth. I believe that he will do a magnificent job when I am under IV because of his many years of experience. My family and I are happy about the decision we made to have Santa Ana Dental Group as our family dental office. We have been healthy patients of Santa Ana Dental Group for over 10 years and for many years to come.

My name is Leyden Chavez, and a while back I found Santa Ana Dental Group while looking up dentists online. I have a phobia for going to the dentist, so I was hesitant to make an appointment. But the reviews for this place seemed very positive, and I was very surprised how close it was to my dads car dealership. When I first went, the staff was very friendly and reassuring. They knew I was nervous, but no one judged me for it. The environment was very inviting and soothing. The deep cleaning I received was much more affordable compared to the last place I went. When they said I needed my wisdom teeth removed and some cavities filled, I was very scared. More so because of the former. I never had my wisdom teeth removed, so I didnt know what was going to happen. But a month later, I came back and the staff was as reassuring as ever. Told me that the doctor that would be removing my wisdom has done this for 30+ years. They answered all my questions, even the ones I thought were silly. I was on general anesthesia during the procedure, and before I knew it I woke up and they told me they were finished with everything. They even filled my cavities during the procedure! I felt no pain at all. I came back a week later for a follow-up checkup and I was told that everything was healing quite nicely. My experience overall was very positive, and I wholeheartedly recommend Santa Ana Dental Group to anyone living in OC.

Love this place! Best dentist. Fast appointments and barely have to wait in the waiting room! I was so nervous for my wisdom teeth operation but the staff and Doctor Cashman were so friendly. Doctor Cashman is the friendliest and best doctor I have ever been too! He told me everything would be alright and within an hour I was done. My mom was also nervous but he talked to her and made her feel comfortable! I had six wisdom teeth to remove so it was a little scary for me but Doctor Cashman made it very easy and simple for me. After I barely felt any pain and I healed right away. Literally the best experience I have ever had! For any future appointments I will always come to him and refer all my family and friends to go to him because literally he is the best. I have heard so many horror stories about wisdom teeth removal but Dr. Cashman made it feel easy and like a piece of cake! Also Sergio was very nice he explained things to us step by step and was very kind to us and I appreciate all of his kindness. My mom has already told everyone that if you ever need wisdom teeth surgery this office is the best place to go. Thank you so much Doctor Cashman and all the friendly staff for all your help! I will defiantly come back to you guys!

Super mal servicio . Tenemos 8 años viniendo aqui y todo estaba muy bien pero de dos años para van de mal en peor. Dos horas esperando para k nos atendieran para una limpiesa mintras un americano llego 10 minutos que nosotros y lo atendiero rapido salio en menos de una hora. A los niños y latinos son los ultimos de atender. Ya no son lo que eran hace unos años. Cada seis meses que vamos tienen gente nueva trabajando y inesperta. MAL MAL MAL SERVICIO.
