Im super bummed I cant post a picture but I have been on hold for 19 minutes and someone finally answered the phone then asked me to please hold again. I completely understand there are busy days in a medical facility I worked for a surgery center for five years in which 2 of those years I managed it but I have never ever ever in my life experience such wait times on hold and I know for a fact the surgery center that I worked for never had anyone on hold for even half the time I have been waiting. If the pediatric department is that unorganized and that under staffed I think someone really needs to come in and review patient services and properly staff the department. I am currently still on hold while Im writing this review and Im at 24 minutes this is very unacceptable.

They were honest and open about everything which I really appreciate. The receptionist for Dr Janay was very good! She let me know right away that they are supporting another facey site and told me very politely that it may take a little longer to wait for my appointment than scheduled and also called me ahead of time to make sure that was okay. Dr. Janay is extremely easy to communicate with and meets you eye to eye and made me feel very comfortable. I am very pleased with the the entire visit!

I havent had a bad experience with facey until I met Dr Shafiq. She is rude, condescending, egotistical. I cannot believe facey has a doctor like her on staff. I disagreed with her , she snapped and said "I am the Doctor here! Not you! Stop acting as if you know everything!" Ive never had a doctor talk to me the way she did. If you happen to get her, dont waste your time. you might as well throw your co payment $ in the trash.

Unfortunately I have not had the best experience with my new doctor, Dr. Shafiq at Facey medical group. I know Im not the easiest patient as my symptoms have been difficult to diagnose but I feel that I am argued with, looked down upon and not important. I do love her MA Lisa though.

Very mixed feelings. Between insurance issues and double charging of services... It is very tough to give them any more than a 3, and that is because of the fact that they will service your medical concerns, but make sure you double check anything you sign / charged for.

I have been going to Facey for over 20 years. I have had a number of doctors and specialists. I plan to use the services of Facey always. Nurse Lexie is always helpful no matter what my question. I value her. I cant imagine why people give Facey a poor evaluation.

Poorly run facility. My husband and I have requested for me to speak on his behalf multiple times because he is a stroke victim and I help out with his medical issues. Each time, they tell me I am not authorized to speak on his behalf.
