These doctors should be tarred and feathered and dragged through the streets. Went here for "urgent care" and got no care. Rude, down-right mean, nasty physician and the staff was not much better. The husband/wife team of Doctors (Vaisman) here is a disgrace to whatever offshore medical school they went to. No empathy, no consideration. Ended up going to the ER at Northridge only to be told by the RN there that she wouldnt take her DOG to Woodland Hills Urgent Care. Pay the extra $$ and go to the ER if you cant see your own doc.

A mother and son team, that are both wonderful. they are clearly loved, the office is always packed with people that only have great things to say about them. They really seem to care about the patients. The nurse is pretty good at drawing blood too. I didnt feel a thing!
