This review is for Dr. Joyce and her staff. Very professional courteous, timely, and she explains everything in lay mans terms. I already know what I will have to pay before the visit (estimated). She reviews all your options. The TV and Hutu shows are cool as distractions to the drill and noise but inevitably the staff and rd have to constantly reach over your face and field of vision and the headphones fall off my head so its not as though I can actually pay attention to the show Im watching.One star off for parking. I wish parking underground was partially comped. I know one can find street parking but its nice not to have the hassle factor so I can be on time.

I have never been comfortable going to the dentist. My daughter needed a dentist and I took her to comfort care through reference from the insurance. I was happy with their work with her and now I am a proud patient too. They are very good with someone that had a fear of dentist. Excellent personel, everyone is nice. They all take good care of their patients.

After so many years for being on a hunt to find a dentist that really knows what needs to be done, I am lucky enough to land with two great UCLA graduates. Both Dr. Robert and Dr. Tom have met my expectations and reached beyond when it comes to dental care. You guys are awesome !!!! I will refer to you all of my friends and relatives. I am very grateful to Dr.Tom Shanakian for my beautiful new smile. The team at this office is awesome too! Mark assisted Dr.Tom and was so great! Total Pro. The girls at the front desk are so sweet and made everything so easy. I highly recommend this dental office. Everyone is professional and kind. Cant wait for my next teeth cleaning!

Just finished having two implants done by Dr. Tom--a long process, but so worth it! He listens to your concerns, explains what hes doing, why he thinks a particular treatment is best and, bonus--is a good conversationalist. Thats so important when all you can do is listen, right? LOL..
