I have been to Miracle Smile Dentristy a few time and was more than impressed. I even recommended them to many friends and family. Today, however, was a completely horrible experience. I had a scheduled appointment for a routine check-up and cleaning at 11 am. I arrived early and was quickly taken back for x-rays then was put in the exam chair. The Doctor came in and examined my teeth and then commented about getting to the cleaning in 10 to 15 min. I was left reclining in the chair for over 20 min. Feeling uncomfortable in that position, I got the attention of an assistant who adjusted the chair. After another 20 minutes of waiting I asked what was going on and the doctor came back and apologized and said he would get right to the cleaning. He reclined me again and then left the room. I could hear him treating another patient in the exam room next to me. At this point it was over an hour past my schedule appointment so I left without getting the cleaning. I am extremely disappointed and cannot believe how disrespectfully I was treated. Never again Miracle Smile Dentristy!!!!!
