If I could give less than one star I would. I cannot believe that these people are allowed to be in business and I will work on doing my best to make sure they rip off as little people as possible. I sat there for a half hour for my appointment, for some rude bimbo to come take me to have xrays, who then left me in a room, where I waited for the young asian dentist. She came in, poked around, told me loose teeth, gums REALLY bad, she is really concerned to save my teeth. Then told me I must not take care of my teeth or floss, at which time I told her on the contrary. Genetics has left me with bad teeth. She told me to go to the waiting room to wait for insurance specialist in office to discuss with me plan and what is covered. I waited in an emtpy room until a nasty women called me in to tell me they wanted 2 separate deep cleanings, which were 100 each side of my mouth AFTER insurance. They refused to do a normal cleaning today which is supposed to be done at the visit per my insurance. They argued that it is not what Dr. wants and she will not do it. I called to ask for copies of my xrays, at which point I was told, I must come in, sign a release and then it takes at least 2 weeks. I cannot even get another opinion because my insurance only covers xrays once every 5 years. In any case, I was upset, crying because they told me I was gonna lose my teeth and they did NOTHING for me. If I am in such bad shape, why not do something towards the problem? Scam artists....It is sad that dental health is very important and that dentists get away with this.

This was a terrible terrible place. I got a cap on a tooth, they charged me through the roof for it. I had to keep going back while I had the temp cap on because they kept putting it on with air bubbles under it, because of cracks in it etc. 2 weeks of misery. When the doctor finally put he cap on she said "Lets cross our fingers and hope!" ... you have got to be kidding me! Cross my fingers and hope that you can do your job?! I have had the worst time with this cap, it has been hurting like crazy and I am afraid my tooth is infected. Oh also, when I was getting a filling done the assistant kept falling asleep and the tools she was holding kept slipping around. She was supposed to be heating the filling so it would solidify. Fail. This place should be shut down.

In my experience, the billing staff do not disclose additional fees that are required to complete procedures (implant/crowns). They overcharge when compared to other dentists, and their diagnoses are not accurate when compared to other dental professionals opinions (2nd opinion protocol with xrays). Specifically, cavities and implants. The office is clean, the location is nice, and the staff is friendly. These are the real reasons they are still in business. They refer to specialists for most procedures, so dont think you are going to have all of your work completed at this office. Its a hassle.

Worst service I have ever experienced with a dentist. Only after being there a few times did I discover they were charging me over double what the insurance said was a reasonable and fair price. When I contacted them to determine what the situation was, they refused to give me any information. They were just to rip you off. They wanted to go through my insurance details to determine how much treatment they could do to ensure my insurance was all used for that year.

MONEY HUNGRY! best way to explain that office. I went in for an EMERGENCY ROOT CANAL and was turned away because I could not pay $250 up front as a deposit. the office manager wouldnt even acknowledge a payment plan. Considering it was an emergency and I was in pain she COULDNT CARE LESS! terrible terrible terrible customer service, I work for a medical office and would never turn away a patient that was in pain and needed treatment right away.
