Like many, Ive been neglecting my dentist visits for a long time, due to moving and changing jobs. Every life event was another excuse to put off the visit to the dentist. I didnt have a pressing issue like a tooth ache, but deep down inside I knew it was time -- it was time to start looking online. I looked for dentists nearby, and Design Dental Spa came up. The reviews looked good, photos were promising, and the name gave off an image of a relaxing visit. I finally picked up the phone and made an appointment on a Friday afternoon for a checkup and cleaning. Well, it turned out I needed more than a little work done. Due to not getting braces as a younger lad, I had some issues stemming from an overbite leading to periodontitis (deep pockets between teeth and gums). I had the day off, so I had a deep cleaning done and had some fillings for molars to help. It was a long process, and the local anesthesia was waning near the end, but it wasnt that bad. Im sure I could have asked for another shot, but I like to test my pain threshold sometimes. After that I got checked to see if I qualified for Invisalign to rectify my overbite. I was deemed a good candidate, so I got my molds taken and received my trays a couple weeks later. Im on my fourth tray now, and everythings great so far. Overall Im very satisfied with my decision to go with Design Dental Spa. The doctors and staff are skilled and attentive, and the facility is modern and clean. What more can you ask for? P.S. -- Got my teeth checked a month after the deep cleaning, Im doing much better now. Thankfully I wont have to go through surgery, which was a concern -- everyone reading, dont hesitate like me!

My name is Summer Walters. I am an actress. Having healthy and great looking teeth is an important part of the tools of my trade. Dr. Ray and his staff are awesome. When I go in for any treatment, Dr. Ray sits with me to discuss the days task at hand and what may be needed in the future. He doesnt try to make me do this or that TODAY, as has been my experience in the past. We set up a date that works for my schedule. Before I became a patient of Dr. Ray, I visited his office, a few time, to have my teeth whitened. He introduces himself to the neighborhood with coupons for teeth whitening at only $99. My dentist at the time didnt offer the discount. I was impressed with the staff, the cleanliness of the treatment rooms and the care that I received, at every visit. The best part, is that there is nooo drama in this office. I looooved that! Yeah! So, when it came time for me to find a new dentist, I didnt even wonder who it would be. I even followed them after they moved from their original location. Design Dental spa is, now, another valuable part of my team! If youre looking for a great dentist, with great support staff, you must make Design Dental Spa the best part of your care team. Thank you Dr. Ray and Design Dental Spa.

Design Dental Spa is AMAZING! And generally thats very hard to say about any dentists. Everything about them is great. I was looking to get Invisalign, I got a few different quotes and Design Dental was literally THOUSANDS less than everyone else. On top of that the doctor and the entire staff are all incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I had been avoiding the dentist for years. But when I finally gave in and went to their facility nobody judged me at all. Instead they helped me fix all of my problem areas and worked with me to prevent them from happening again. I honestly cant rave about them enough! If you live westside and need dental work done youd be foolish to go anywhere else.

COUTEOUS BUT VERY DECEPTIVE IN THEIR COSTS! Beware in that the owner of this office, Dr. Partovy has been sued and HAD BEEN SUSPENDED more than once. Look up the records in dental board of health. THEY USE DENTAL CODES THAT THEY CHOOSE TO USE! Each procedure will have AD ON COSTS! They will make you feel comfortable first...then when it comes to payment/treatment plan, costs skyrocket because they decide what code to use for everything. If you need anything more than something simple (cleaning, X-ray, etc) YOU WILL END UP PAYING HUNDREDS MORE! MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE BEEN NAMED IN THE LAWSUITS AGAINST THE OWNER for his DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!

I really hated their service. I called them about 7 times in ten days and asked them to call me back to discuss a different, more reasonable, treatment plan and to set up a date to put in a new crown and they never called me back. Each time I called they gave another excuse, such as that their system was down, or that the doctor was really busy. This happened after my first office visit with them, as a new customer. They asked me pay over $650 for a simple porcelain crown. My new doctor asked for $150. (both after what my insurance would have paid them) Unfortunately, I had to change offices.

This lady is a scam!!!!! $he charged 180.00 for some useless technique not approved by my insurance. I work for great company Fortune 500 Great benefits. Sad to see this blood sucking dentist is only out to steal money from people. My wife went to same dentist and she highly advised same thing. Support honest people but this isnt one of them. Worst experience ever. This patient isnt paying for your Range Rover payment ever again. Find some integrity in what you do and at least be honest. I consulted with a few other family/friends by writing this to confirm her scam technique. Stay away!!!!

After doing my research, based on budget, they had the best deal for Invisalign. After my consultation, they offered me a deal that I could not turn down. Their prices are very affordable and they offer very reasonable payment plans. Their staff always greets me by name and they are very friendly. I completed Invisalign, cleanings, teeth filing and my teeth whitening all on a grad students budget. I am very pleased with their work and my results. I would definitely recommend to friends.

Dr. Ray Partovy is the most patient doctor ever! Everyone in the office has been extremely kind and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking to get Invisalign done. They work with a wide range of insurances and are very clear about the costs and work That needs to be done. Dr. Ray and his staff are very knowledgeable about their work and want to make sure youre fully satisfied with the results. Theyre usually very busy, but I would say its for good reason that people keep coming back. Just make sure to make an appointment.

I couldnt be happier. Dr. Partovy is very good at what he does. Ive been searching for a good dentist for a while and I am quite relieved that he is my dentist now. He has a lot of experience and he hasnt asked me to ever do any procedures that I didnt need. The staff was also very professional, caring and honest. My cleaning experience was also a lot less stressful than I have experienced with other doctors.
