We are so blessed to have our baby under the care of Dr. Arti Jain. Right from when our baby was born, she was there in the hospital daily morning to check on our baby until discharge. We had doubts when the baby used to cry for long hours sometime over the night. We have called her even in the night and been pleasantly surprised with her care and promptness to answer our call and give us help over the phone to solve the issue. She had suggested few simple massages and some tips for our baby when the baby used to cry and it worked like magic for us to calm down the baby. Her Well care visits are very good. She takes time to answer all our questions well during our visits. She is very positive and encouraging too. Our baby likes her a lot. Her staff at office are very helpful too. I highly recommend Dr. Arti Jain to anyone!!

Dr. Arti Jain is a very good pediatrician in Bay area. She is very friendly and professional when it comes to checkups, suggestion, follow up appointments, vaccines etc. She is always ready to accommodate for a checkup whenever the kid needs attention. Her staff is also quite good when it comes to scheduling appointments and remainders. Thank you Rumki for always helping in scheduling. Dr. Arti was very nice to also check my baby on weekends when the baby was sick. I was really satisfied with Dr. Arti. I would really recommend Dr. Arti Jain as a pediatrician if you are living around Sunnyvale & Santa Clara area. Thanks!!

Dr. Jain is really good. She gives proper attention to the kid and also guides parents on how to groom a kid. We got referred by one of our friend when we relocated to Sunnyvale, bay area with small kid and it turned out be a real good suggestion and we got our pediatrician. My kid also started liking her and rest assured. Since then we never bothered for our kids treatment and Dr. Jain even helps with last minute request in her busy schedule. Supporting stuffs at her office are friendly . If you are in Bay area and looking for a pediatrician , you definitely go to her place.

Dr. Jain is FANTASTIC !!!! She is extremely patient, gives a lot of time to understand our concerns and Listens. She is very Knowledgeable. She connects well with the Kids. For last 2 years since we moved to Bay Area, we just Trust Dr. Jain for all our kids health checkups and concerns. My Kids are very comfortable with her. Dr.Jain is also extremely accommodating. Her staff is very polite and helpful. Dr. Jain is an amazing person.

Dr Arti is good and attentive always available over phone and guides us according to the situation. We always get a call back for our VMs. The only concern is the wait time at clinic. At least 30-40 min wait time most of our visits even with a scheduled appointment.
