Ah Ha

Came in for an eye exam with Dr. Banh and the whole experience was amazing. The receptionist Veronica is super nice and friendly. She explained everything and did the pre-exam work up. She even took my blood pressure! How awesome is that?! Say down with Dr. Banh and did all the eye test, addressed what concerns I had. Told me I have in my left eye. He recommended a prescription, but said it wasnt necessary since it wasnt too bad. But, I opted for it any way because it did help a lot. What I love was, I didnt feel any pressure to get glasses. Bring me, better safe then sorry. I highly HIGHLY recommend seeing him. Hes friendly and easy to talk to specially when waiting for your pupils to dilate. No word awkward silence. Can I give more than five stars?! Dr. Banh is the coolest and the best optometrist myself or my wife have ever visited. We went to have our eyes checked last week and really had an amazing experience. Dr. Banh was very friendly. He educated us a lot about our eyes such as, how our glasses affect our vision, how eyes get strain, etc. etc. in detail (Also, answering enthusiastically to all my questions). He did not want to oversell anything either (I was asking an additional feature to my glass and he discouraged explaining the reasons, despite the fact that it would be additional money for him). The technician/Assistant (Alan) was nice and helpful as well. Really happy to have found them!

Im a tourist visiting the Bay Area for a few days and due to an unfortunate accident, I lost my glasses and I needed new ones urgently since I didnt have any back-up. I contacted multiple optometrists in the area and C. Sharp really came through for the emergency. The staff went beyond expectations. They helped me get great lenses in a short amount of time.

They were prompt and accommodated me for a same day appointment. Dr Banh was very thorough with the regular exam and the contact lens exam and went over the process of how to wear and maintain a contact lens in details. He was very patient and followed up with me after the trial period. Amazing service!
