GOT MY PROGRESSIVES HERE. I got some progressives from Dr. Hoang back in March of this year. It was my first pair of progressives. I continue to like them very much. I was a little apprehensive at the beginning because the Dr said it could take up to a month to get use to them. I thought wow, that would just not be good. But, I was relieved when they were comfortable the very first time I put them on. Tommy, the office manager helped me with the selection of the frame and it was very close to my old pair which I also got from them a few years ago. My old pair Ive used for more than 5 years and they worked great and her prescription was very good. I have gone to Kaiser to get prescriptions and they always were too strong which I came away feeling dizzy and then needed some time to adjust. My mom also gets her eyeglasses from Kaiser and they are the same way. Anyways, back to my story. When I got home, my wife said that they were very nice so overall, I am very happy with my new progressives and I am recommending them to my friends.

Dr. Vanessa Hoang is a great eye Dr. to have. Her front office staff is polite and very helpful with insurance. Dr. Hoang took the time to listen to all of my eye concerns and did a great exam . Also she was great with my son and his exam. He has special needs and she was great even getting on the floor with him and having great patience to be able to complete his exam. Glad I found her.

A Private User

This is Okay place. They have limited number of good brand frames ( Prada, Okley, Armani, etc frames are very few, I would say less than 20). Ophthalmologist is really good. Great Service. If you are looking for costly and wide variety of frame for you then this place is NOT for you.

Terrible customer service. Its not that hard to get things right. At least if u r wrong, dont argue with ur customer. Will NEVER come back here again. Terrible and unintelligent employees.
