After sales service sucks! The staff dont listen. They immediately have an excuse for a problem. For example I had to insist that the frame of my new progressive glasses be replaced because the alignment didnt feel right and got worse after the lady who attended to me tried to fix it by just manually twisting the frame handle. After I insisted she eventually agreed to have it replaced. In clinic service with the eye doctor though is great! Eye grade measurement is perfect!

friendly staff, efficient with no wait time. A lot of choices in eyewear, easy to work with. The only thing I would complain about is the number of reminder emails and texts I got about my appointment.
