They are outstanding...but the wait times are long. However, I am a parent of two special needs kids, and I needed a solid professional to perform a comprehensive evaluation. The current lead optometrist is incredibly talented and extremely knowledgeable. The wait times are really the downside of this clinic. You just need to know how to manage the system--I always get the earliest appointment of the day...that way the wait time is decent enough. Prepare yourself for the wait. After having personally carted two sensory seeking littles all over the place, I still go here because I first want the best care for my kids and second, I manage the overhead (like wait times with Ipads, etc).

We used to take our daughter to this clinic. It started out great with a previous Doctor who moved away. After that, the wait times were horrific. You cant expect a 2.5 year old to wait an hour and 15 minutes. It happened 3 times in a row! 2 Stars because the staff is very good with kids, and knowledgeable. However, we also changed clinics to the Kirkland Pediatrics due to the distance and waits. Also, I felt Dr. Preston was a little extreme with dolling out diagnosis without much time spent really looking at my daughter.

My daughter has been a patient here for several years. The staff is wonderful. They work well with children, theyre patient, and knowledgeable. The office is always clean, toys for the wait, good magazines for parents. We come from out of town for every appointment so I really appreciate that theyre open on Saturdays. Theyre also understanding of being a few minutes late. I block out at least two hours for a full eye exam. I dont mind the wait for the level of care.

I went for eye checkup and endup paying more even though i have insurance which takes care of eye checkup. They are charging heavy for even routine eye checkup.Claiming that, diagnosed one of the eye disease you have. They send me statement that i need to pay 175$ and saying we did analysis for one of the disease you have which i was not aware. They did not notify me about this before leaving from hospital and said you are good leave and you dont have to pay anything

Dr Preston is amazing. Knows a ton about eyes and the area around and supporting them. Also had a ton of successful tricks for working with our 4 year old. The exam was thorough. The scheduling, however, could use some work. We got out of our single 4yr olds 2pm appointment at 4:45pm.

The dr and receptionist have been wonderful but we have waited over an hour for each of our appointments (4 in total). I get that doctors are busy and usually have an over packed schedule but when you are dealing with kids it is unacceptable in my opinion.

The care was fine but the waits are terribly long - excessively long, which includes time spent on the phone to schedule the appointment, to the time spent in the appointment. Expect to see the dr. briefly out of the two hours that you will wait.

I left there. My little daughter and I waited in the waiting room 40 minutes after our appt time & then waited again in the room for 40 minutes. Nightmare I would never return or recommend them. This happened on more then one occasion.
