I was in a car accident, dr thought maybe I had a tear on retina. Sent me with a referral to Cascade Eye Center. The receptionist had no idea and with referral on hand asked me if I was doing an eye exam, told me they didnt accept my vision insurance, if I wanted to be seen sonner than 6 weeks I had to call daily and ask if there was a cancellation. I then called East Main and she asked me what was my problem, I explained and she set me up with a md eye dr, which my regular medical insurance will pay for and because of the situation, I had an appt set for the next day. Terrible service, not very knowledgeable people. Just go somewhere else.

When I was a first time patient I was so confident and pleased with Cascade. Now, I am outraged at the lack of care the staff provides for us patients. Theyre very inconsiderate and unhelpful. Every time I call in, the system is constantly down and am not able to schedule any appointments. And the staff provide no alternatives. I am a patient who is supposed to have 2-3 appointments per week. Once I had to go 3 weeks without treatment and the staff still had no consideration. Everything from scheduling an appointment over the phone to being in the clinic is horrible.

The people and Drs. That work there are the most awesome people. They are very nice and makes you feel welcome. Dr. Dahlhauser and his as I call his crew are very thorough and always have you feeling that you are important enough to be helped. I thank and love them for helping me. I was diagnost with glaucoma and my right eye was really bad. They saved it. Him and his crew. Again Thank you all.

I went here for a new contact lens prescription. I have several issues with my eyes, most of which are routine for me, but can cause pain. Everyone at the eye center was supportive and listened to my concerns. They found a better fit and prescription than I have had in years. They also took the time to do a quick procedure that lessened the pain. I would highly recommend this center.

The care I get is airways good; however, they insist on you showing up 15 minutes before your appointment, which is fine until they run 20 to 30 minutes late, which is what has happened every visit for the last year (3 visits) I even scheduled the first available appointment of the day to avoid it and still had to wait. Again, great care, but terrible timelines.

Used to go here many years ago!, so I thought I would have my daughter get contact lenses and the exam. I ask her what the insurance coverage is and she tells me we don;t look those up for you. I said goodbye as everyone Eye exam my family has ever gotten over the past has always looked up what is covered and what is not as a courtesy.They are plain lazy.

Dr.Evelyn Fu is super, so lucky we have someone with her skills here in the greater Tacoma area, nurses (Lisa and Marcie) were fantastic as well, really great team and the center staff was welcoming and professional If you need eye surgery Dr.Fu is really wonderful, Dr. Brady was great as well. Really very pleased with my experience here! 5 stars.

Everyone was very friendly and kind. Service was up front and honest. Questions were answered. Doctor told me about a brand new lense that could help my astigmatism. But very expensive out of pocket. It was nice of him to let me know of my options. All around great experience

Ive seen two of the ophthalmologists at Cascade, Dr. Harris and Dr. Shields. Both were professional and appeared to be highly competent. I wouldnt hesitate to highly recommend either of them. I was very impressed by the efficiency of the check-in system at Cascade.
