Hate this place because of the lack of staff. Been calling all day long, left messages but no one ever calls back. Finally got a real person that promptly put me on hold, 20 mins latter started calling from a second phone while still on hold. On the 3rd try got through to a real person again, they didnt ask to put me on hold and I got help. Meanwhile still no one has answered the "On Hold" call!!! Lesson here is dont let them put you on hold, they forget you are there and take other calls before getting to you on hold. Worse than trying to call Verizon for tech support. Changing providers.

I was visiting Maple Valley Washington and experienced a problem with my right eye. I stopped by the Maple Valley Eye Care Center. They were great. Took me right in with no appointment. I met with Doctor Neal. He was fantastic, very thorough and professional. He took care of my problem. I highly recommend him and this center.

Never coming back here again! They charged me way more than what I was expecting through my insurance and didnt tell me before the services were done. Not pleased at all with the front office and the way they handle their business.
