Love Dr Nguyen but the help there sucks! I came 5 minutes early before the office was supposed to be back from lunch. They left the front door unlocked and opened so naturally I went in.... She couldnt help me because I was 5 minutes early. What a ding bat! Obviously doesnt know anything about good customer service. Guess its time to find a new Dr.

The customer service is terrible. The girl at the counter didnt show any interest in helping me and no eye contact no smile or greeting. Plus they didnt return my call after i left a message to check to verity my insurance. A lot of selection but its limited in styles glasses. I would not recommend coming go this place.

Found this place online and my wife and I went in for our checkups. Dr. Nguyen loves to laugh so you feel at ease during all the tests. She also has a nice quiet office and a good selection of glasses from which to choose.
