BE ADVISED! I work as a teacher for Pomona Unified School District and am insured under Pacific Union Dental. Recently I was shocked that a seemingly reputable dental office would be conducting a dishonest and illegal practice. The office staff were nice, and the cleanliness of the facility was good. Unfortunately, my diagnosis for service was not only incorrect, but it was downright falsified. I was told that, even with my insurance with Pacific Union, I would have to pay well over $2,000! They claimed I had an advanced case of Gingivitis, I needed an extra deep cleaning, and that I needed extensive dental work on many different teeth, including a cavity. I contacted Pacific Union and gave them the codes under my insurance which they were charging for. They confirmed that Crossroads was trying to charge me for services WHICH WERE A ZERO DOLLAR CO-PAY! I attempted to speak with Crossroads in person, on the phone, and via e-mail. They were either "unavailable", I would be mysteriously "cut off" or my messages would simply not be responded to. I then changed to Bright Now Dental.Their dentist did NOT diagnose me with the same claims as Crossroads except for one crown, which was 100% covered under my insurance. Bright Now did not charge me one dime for my dental work! I only paid for an upgrade, which I personally requested myself. I spoke with two other teachers in my district as well as my neighbor, who all said they had similar experiences with Crossroads. They agreed that I should report them to Pacific Union as well as to the benefits department of PUSD, which I did. I recommended that Crossroads be removed from their list of eligible providers. If I could, I would give the Crossroads dentist and the billing department a zero for their dishonest and deceptive practices. I absolutely do not understand how a business such as this could still exist. Please be advised of these problems and consult the "Yelp" website to read about identical problems other patients have had with Crossroads Dental before you agree to have work done there.

My wife needed a lot of dental work & went here. MISTAKE 1 we should have checked them out on Google, then we would have seen the teachers review. They quoted us a price that seemed okay, so we agreed to go ahead with the work. MISTAKE 2 we should have gotten a second opinion. They then told us that some of the dental work needed wasnt shown on the original quote. Since the work had started we said okay & again signed, We told them to put everything to be done on the quote, which they said they did. We again signed & they began taking out a set amount from our checking account, the previous amounts came from our credit cards. When my wife went back to get the permanent upper & lower partial plates they told her the lower plate wasnt covered so we told them to go ahead without it & that we would have that done elsewhere. MISTAKE 3 we allowed hem to continue with the work, we should have finally called it a day but they were allowed to make an impression for the upper partial. When my wife returned for the permanent upper plate she was told that wasnt covered as well and again they wanted yet more money. Three mistakes and youre out. My wife refused the new paper work & left to find a reputable dentist to hopefully fix her teeth. We are out several thousand dollars & except for a tooth that needed to be pulled and was not included in the original estimate,{we should have gotten a clue right then} nothing has been finished or even done right. We have stopped payment and are in search of a reputable dentist & then an attorney to try to get back at least some of the thousands of dollars we have paid. Do not do business with these people, they are worse than used car salesmen.

This is my first visit to Crossroad dental group. Above and beyond the excellent dental care, I was really impressed by all of the staff. Everyone was so nice and welcoming and upbeat. Exactly the kind of people you want to interact with when youre going to the dentist. Every employee in this office was very respectful and helpful. The receptionists were excellent; the office manager “Lucy” was very nice. The senior Dentist Dr. Gill was very professional and advisory. I was treated by Dr. Aleissa, she was awesome! Has an excellent communication skills and she is also pretty good about explaining whats about to happen and why and will answer questions thoroughly. Through the entire time I spent there, I sincerely appreciated how she was patient and experienced in her treatment. I never thought Id leave a dentists chair in such high spirits. I strongly believe that Dr. Aleissa is not only amongst the elite dentists in the city, but that she genuinely loves what she does. Finally I would like to thank Annalisa for her professionalism and well done job!

I had a terrible experience at this dental office. The dentist was unprofessional, rude, and had me sitting and waiting 3-4 hours after forgetting about me. I had to go back several times for appointments and each one was worse than the last. Once they had my money, my complaints were ignored, and their attitude was increasingly negative; and their policy is to blame the patient. The work they did is shoddy. 2 years later and I still have pain from a root canal. When I mentioned this, he said it was "all in my head." A crown was not the right size, so my bite suffered since, and they refused to schedule me an appointment with another dentist at that facility. I will never fully recover from their complete incompetence. I have spoken to several other people that felt the same way, and had a very similar experience. I would never go back to this place.

They want you to get work done not needed and argue if you bring proof that your insurance company covers what they are making you pay always saying they only pay a part when I called and had them fax me what I needed for a basic filing never again will I go there. Do not buy into anything they say my insurance company has had many complaints about themy and that alot of people have to call because they are being dishonest about what is covered by your insurance

I would highly recommend Crossroads Dental Group. I went there for the first time recently and was amazed by Dr. Gill and her friendly and courteous staff. I had high anxiety and was quickly put at ease by Dr. Gill who always had my well-being in mind. I had extensive dental work performed in a speedy and affordable way. I am forever grateful to Dr. Gill for giving me my smile back.

Dr. Ram was excellent. His staff was very friendly and helpful. I only waited 5 mins before being called in. The dental assistant was very friendly and helpful during my cavity filling. Very clean and professional atmosphere. I recommend my family and friends to come see Dr. Ram for dental work. i will be back soon for teeth whitening.

This place is horrible, the did a root canal and crown on me which wasnt done right, bacteria got in there and the crown came off. They filed my tooth down so low it is under the gum line and causes pain. I have other family members who have went there and have had bad experiences. Be warned and read these reviews Do Not Go Here!
