This dentist doesnt listen to your instructions. I told him to stay away from 2 back molars that were sensitive. Made it very clear to him. He even wrote it down in his notes! After assuring me he would stay clear of them, he not only stuck his cleaning drill in there once -but twice! On 2 separate visits. The second time I am convinced was done deliberately to hurt me. Which he did a good job of. This guy has a chip on his shoulder and he will take it out on your teeth. So if you are looking for someone to mess up your teeth,Dr. Dole is the guy you want. Whether he does it for spite or financial gain,doesnt matter. The fact is he put his drill where he knew it wasnt supposed to be. Dont walk away from this dentist,I would suggest RUN away from his practice and his rude office staff! Terrible,terrible.

Ive gone to too many different dentists in my lifetime. I was looking for a dentist who didnt tear up my mouth every time I go in. I realize I not the best at doing what Im supposed to do for my teeth, but I try. My search has ended with finding Dr. Dole. Ive been with him for several years now. I have gone through cleanings, crowns installed, and cavities. None of which did I experience the pain and bleeding that was always the case with other dentists. Dr. Dole and his staff are a very caring group, I have always found them to more interested in my wellness more than the all mighty buck. Its very refreshing and I dont dread going to see them at all. If looking for a new Dentist, please give them a try. Your smile after leaving will be even more beautiful than when you went in.

I went to Dr. Dole and had a very different experience. He was great. Not only was the procedure pain free, (and I am a big 46 year old baby,) he squeezed me into a full day just "because" which I found very kind AND, he did not pressure me to fix anything else, meaning more money which I found refreshing! His assistant and manager is also very kind and attentive. Overall, it was a very positive (emergency) experience.. S Heywood-Jude
