The staff in Dr. Rueds office is very professional. He also does the CERIC same-day crowns, which are really amazing. I am very satisfied with the treatment my children have received. Two unfortunate things occurred for me in this office. The first thing he ever did was crown a tooth that had split vertically down the middle. He took a risk to crown it without a root canal, which then caused a low-grade infection in the root for several years. He finally did the overdue root canal and now the tooth is fine. The other unfortunate turn of events is that I was 10 minutes late for a teeth cleaning that I had waited 7 months for. The staff works on such a tight schedule that I was listed as a no-show even though I had phoned in, charged for the appointment, and was told to reschedule. Therefore, I will not go back.

The name says it all Rued RUDE RUDE! The staff was very unfriendly and tended to set my needs aside for patient that they deem respectable. Overheard the front desk lady Helen talking behind my back regarding my dental hygiene and how disgusted she was( I believe she thought that I had left). Kathleen was just as rude when she was cleaning my teeth. All the equipment is outdated almost as much as the doctor. I wouldnt recommend this establishment to my worst enemy!

At the ripe old age of 64, Ive been to a few dentists in my life, and Dr. Henry Rued is the the absolute best dentist I have ever been to. Dr. Henry Rued and his staff are awesome! The entire building is spotless, and parking is ample. I wont go any where else. Thanks go out to everyone, Dr. Henry Rued and his entire staff! Dont change a thing!

Dr. Henry Rued has been my dentist for 7 years. I have never had a bad experience with him and his staff.Very professional and caring.Best dentist I have ever had in my 68 years.

The dentist is one of the best, but the staff will make you want to run out of his office screaming. They think they are good but they are rude know-it-alls.
