The most pleasant experience I have ever had at any dentist office by far! Jenny took the x-rays of my teeth quicker than Ive ever had done before and it wasnt ever uncomfortable! She was incredibly nice, funny, easy to talk to, and professional! Amanda cleaned my teeth afterwards, Ive never had the pleasure of having my teeth cleaned by someone who cares as much as she does until now. Amanda was quick, efficient, thorough, and a complete gem to talk to as well. Dr. Bergeson came to look at my teeth he was also super nice, funny, easy to talk to, and professional at the same time! I always have horrid anxiety about going in to get any form of work done on my teeth because of past experiences that usually ended with me wishing I had never gone in the first place. This being said as soon as I talked to the front staff to check in I knew I was in good hands, especially after being called back and talking with staff as lovely as Jenny and Amanda. I couldnt recommend this office enough, the entire staff were extremely nice, understanding, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. ( A common theme throughout this office Ive noticed ) I will definitely be coming back to Gentle Dental for any future work/checkups, thank you for the amazing experience!

This office is, by any measure, the best dentist office I have ever been to in my life and I am 57 years old. I have been to 3 dentists at this office and they are all exceptional. I have NO pain after procedures, NONE. Not even any injection pain. The staff are always competent and kind. They have changed staff as some workers have transferred to different offices, and the new staff are always as good as the old staff. Ive lived in Oregon a LONG time and it is generally hit and miss with medical care and their staff, as well as any other professionals in the state. I dont know who keeps this office in check, but I hope it never changes!

Best dentist experience Ive ever had. The front desk is very personable, and they returned my call at the exact time they told me they would. Dr.Bui removed my 3 wisdom teeth. I opted out for laughing gas, or anxiety pills before hand, and yet it was still a quick, painless experience. It took Dr. Bui mere minutes to remove my teeth, and I was in and out within 45 minutes total. Also had it completely covered by Trillium, so yay! Cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience, and would recommend this practice to anyone with dental needs. Thank you Dr.Bui and staff!

Really Bad Service. Scheduled an appointment weeks ago. Called today to confirm, they say they dont even have me in their system. My son went there nearly a year ago.. Ive been waiting this whole time for them to tell me how much I need to pay. Instead, I got a letter from a collections company in the mail. Called them to clear it up a few months ago, and several calls after. They still are not able or willing to tell me how much my bill is. Ive never had this much trouble trying to make a payment(?).

Everyone is so friendly at this office, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Ive been to get my cleaning and root canal, so theyve seen a lot of me lately. As a cash paying client, I tend to ask a lot of questions about the cost of every single thing. They always provided me with an accurate breakdown and understood when I have to put some things off. I appreciate their patience and have never felt pressured at any time. Thank you for the great service guys!

Amazing staff at the River Road office. Always been seen promptly, the assistants and hygienists are amazing and the dentists are top notch. Ive always had anxiety regarding tooth care but Ive never had any issues with Gentle Dental. Definitely recommend going here if youre looking for anything to be done.
