I have definitely not found a better dentists office than this one. Dr. Mack, Smurf, all of the assistants that Ive come across... theyre amazing. I have C-PTSD and generalized anxiety disorder anyway. On top of that, Ive had some of the WORST dental experiences in my life at other offices. Traumatizing and scarring, to say the least. Sure, NO ONE likes going to the dentist, but I can say that I would almost rather die than go, myself. That is changing very quickly with Dr. Mack and the crew. He was amazing. Having the shots administered was actually a relief and did not provoke flashbacks or panic attacks for me, for once. In June 2016, I had to go in for two extractions, side by side. And they were fabulous then. Today, I had to have restorations to my front teeth. My teeth are in terrible shape because I am so afraid of the dentist and Dr. Mack and the assistant were amazing at putting me at ease and helping me be less afraid, more calm and I walked away untraumatized. I am so thankful right now for this office, Dr. Mack, Smurf... all of them. I might actually be able to save my smile now and restore my ability to eat normally. If youre considering coming here, just make sure you communicate your needs. You should always do that with ANY procedures, and a dentists office is no different. They respected my wishes to the full extent and made me feel like they really cared to help me and keep me safe at the same time. Ive rarely been so thankful in all of my life. This office is full of Saints!!!

Dr Mathews (Im not sure if I got the name correct, sorry) is wonderful! My son has bad teeth and Ive taken to other places who kept referring me to offices that are the least bit helpful and always just made me feel like a horrible parent even tho Ive always tried my best to keep his teeth ok but somehow his teeth, unlike my daughters, just ended up in a horrible condition, anyways, dr Mathews seen him and handled the situation with care and kindness, she set up a plan of action and has been handling his teeth one step at a time and we are getting closer to being done and its been wonderful! Cant say that Ive ever liked going to the dentist myself when I was a kid but I can say my son, whos 5, has no hesitation when I say he has an appointment and doesnt mind going to her at all! I live just over an hour from the office there but the drive is worth it to go see her! I had spent a good week asking around for an amazing dentist and got referred to her and Im SO glad I decided to go there dispite the distance and the gas! Definitely worth it in my (and my sons) opinion!! Got my daughter into a dentist a lot closer to home and well see how her appointment goes tomorrow, told her if they dont seem nice then Ill take her to the far away dentist too but since she doesnt have "special teeth" like her little brother that I want her to at least try this closer dentist office first

Left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing. My experience with Smile Keepers over the past few months has me looking elsewhere for a dentist. Beginning with my first appointment when they said I needed a deep cleaning, which took them three months to schedule. When I arrived the young dental hygenist literally spent 10 minutes. 10 minutes for a deep clean? Second appointment took another two months to schedule. I called to confirm the appointment per their requirements and was put on hold two times. The third time they asked if I would hold I said I simply wanted to confirm the appointment. She wrote my name down and said she would confirm. This morning at 10am I arrived to the appointment and low and behold, they forgot to confirm and so they gave the appointment to someone else. The woman admitted she remembered my calling and said she forgot to enter into their system. The older woman at the front desk had the nerve to ask if I wanted to wait to see if the person they scheduled erroneously would show. Um, no how about you tell that person that you made a mistake in the scheduling? You can keep Smile Keepers. Ill take my business elsewhere.

Horrible experience today at smile keepers. I showed up 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled appointment only to find out they had cancelled the appointment because they couldnt contact me to confirm it. They had told me when I tried to set up the appointment, that I was no longer a patient. Smile keepers supervisor called me back and said it was a mistake and set this appointment. Only to have this on cancelled by them. I get the strong feeling they dont want my business. The receptionist was apologetic and I couldnt hear her, I asked for a supervisor and only got the other resceptionist who basically told me to accept the fact the appointment was cancelled and come back another time or take my business elsewhere. Guess what? I am going elsewhere. Awful all the way around.

I have been a part of smile keepers for many years now and have had a mixture of experience with them. Smile Keepers customer service has alway been amazing, nice, and compatible. But who ever is in charge of checking the program for text messages (you can confirm appointments through texts) needs to have a serious check up. There has been not once but twice when I had this issue, I had texts to prove that I confirmed my appointment but nothing was done and I had to wait 3 1/2 hours in the waiting room until I was able to get my teeth cleaned... Also if you want to make an appointment make sure to call 3 months earlier because they always seem to schedule the furthest time away be even though your experiencing discomfort.

Their office has billed my insurance for services I never even recieved. Doctor Mack has some of the worst bedside manner Ive ever experienced. I dont appreciate paying somebody to roll their eyes at me and get huffy because I have the "audacity" to want to know the treatment method before it is administered. I also dont appreciate the rough treatment. When I left their office 2 weeks ago, Doctor Mack was so upset with me for wanting to be involved in my own treatment that he left marks all over my face that were still there the rest of the night. Im never stepping foot in that office again.
