This place is ridiculous. I made a dental appointment 4 months in advance, showed up on the day that I scheduled to have the person at the front desk tell me that I was there on the wrong day, and that my appointment was really a few weeks in the future on some arbitrary day I would never have chosen. They made no attempt at trying to resolve my issue, possibly working me in that day etc. The front desk woman made it out to be my fault, claiming I didnt get a call the day before so it was my issue - which was not true. I wont ever go back to these people, really a great first impression especially after having to wait 4 months to even get "seen" since they have more people than appointments available for dental work.

Great experience! Friendly staff! I had the best dental experience ever at Kaiser Permanente Skyline dental office. Dental team is truly cares about me- the patient. There is no agenda to sell services. They care about my health. I have seen a couple of dentists and found them exceptionally skilled and caring professionals! Dr. Peters is great so is Dr. Le. Way to go Kaiser Permanent Skyline Dental team!

Had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Holland. He is a master of his craft and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. What should have been a nightmare turned out to be less than a slight inconvenience.
