FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, NO PRESSURE. I love Dr. Thompson and his staff! We have been Dr. Thompsons clients since 2003. He has always been courteous and honest. What I like most about him is that he will recommend the work but never try to push us into doing things that we just cannot afford. We have the choice to drive a block away but choose to drive out to North Plains just to stay with them. I would drive further if I had to. My daughter recently went to the eye doctor and that doctor made a comment saying, that going to the eye doctor wasnt so bad, not nearly as bad as going to the dentist. My 9 yr replied, "You mean the doctors office, because I lOVE THE DENTIST!!" I think that says it all!

I have been going to Dr. Tompson for many years now as well as my son and my mother. Every time I arrive I have less than a 5 minute wait, everyone is so professional, efficient and gentle. I am complimented on my teeth often and the work I have had done there has way exceeded it life expectancy due to the excellent work he does as well as the assistants. My son and mother have received the same level of treatment. I appreciate the way he makes referrals to the best practioner when I need something specific like a root canal. My neighbor highly recommended this dental office. I gave them a call to see if they took Aetna DMO. The receptionist told me that they did but they pay very poorly. Not sure as to what to say after that, I asked if that meant they would make me responsible for the cost. She said maybe, and that she would have to call them. Then she was silent. Very awkward. I just said thank you and hung up. I felt like a second class citizen. If you have qualifying insurance, I believe you will be well taken care of. All others, brace yourself for an undignified experience...

Dr. Thompson and his staff at this location are awesome. They made me feel very comfortable. For anyone who has a fear of going to the dentist as I "DID", give this office a try and your fears will be gone. The feeling is comforting and the atmosphere is relaxing when your here. I was very impressed with TenderCare Dental! I had just moved to Oregon when I had an issue with an old filling, and they were able to get me in for an appointment really quickly. Dr. Thompson was even willing to give up his lunch to make sure I could get it fixed that day! He did an amazing job and you cant even tell where the filling is. Its nice to know I have such a great dentist to take care of my teeth!

I usually go to the Banks location, but after I had 4 wisdom teeth extracted I ended up having dry socket, needless to say, very uncomfortable, I called and they were able to squeeze me in right away at the North Plains location and help relive my discomfort very quickly. It was wonderful how helpful they are and their level of care is best I have ever experienced. I tell everyone how wonderful the offices are!

Is it possible to love going to the dentist? Probably not, but Dr. Thompson and his staff certainly make every visit worry free. My husband and I have been visiting Tender Care since it opened in North Plains. Dr. Thompson and his staff have provided us with excellent care. He always takes the time to carefully explain his recommendations and procedures, without pressure. I appreciate his calm, gentle manner.

Probably the best dentist we have ever been to. Very, Very skilled and when the problem reaches a point where it is beyond standard capabilities, their advanced team steps in handles the problem without error. I would definitely recommend them to anyone regardless of their dental issues! They have treated my kids and my family and we know lots of other dentists. The only place I would ever go!

Dr. Thompson and his staff are wonderful. I have never had to wait past my appointment time and my experience having my teeth cleaned has been very painless. I have had an extraction, several crowns and some filling since I started seeing Dr. Thompson and he is extremely compassionate and thoughtful. I chipped my tooth on Tuesday, called on Wednesday and got in the next day. Oh ya, this was my first time to this office. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful from the moment I stepped in the door. Did I mention Dr. Thompson not only fixed my tooth in about 15 minutes but it looks really good and just as important.... it feels comfortable instantly.

I have been going to Dr. Thompson since 2003. I couldnt ask for a better dentist for myself or my family. He is constantly updating his equipment to the newest tools to take better care of us. Always has a suggestion for better dental health but absolutely no pressure for unneeded procedures. I would definitely recommend him and his staff to anyone.

My family has been patients of Dr. Thompsons for 12 years. He is great, and his staff kind and helpful. The office is always clean and I like that he always takes the time to answer my questions. He also has an office in Banks, OR, so even if hes not in this office you can see him in the Banks office which is only a few miles away.

I had to take my husband here for some major dental work and was really impressed with the level of care he received. I peeked in on him while he was being treated and he had been made very cozy.
