I feel that this was a waste of my money and time. The people here are friendly and nice, but I am here to get better. Which I didnt feel I was from this facility. Basically I would show up 2-3 times a week and pay $40 co-pay each visit. I did this for 5 weeks. I would start by doing 20-30 minutes on the Treadmill, which I might add took some tweaking to get started. Initially, they showed me the proper way to do things and watched me to make sure I did them correctly, which is what I am paying for. Then after about a week or two, it was just me coming in and doing my workout with little to no supervision. I would get so frustrated and start thinking, why am I here to pay 40 bucks a visit to do exercises I could do on my living room floor. The Therapist assistance at this facility are great, they do all the work. Most of them are younger male and females in the early to mid 20s. Theyre all students and are nice to talk to. I would not recommend this facility to a friend or family member for physical therapy.

I am an opera singer, a concert pianist and a teacher. I have had my hip replaced, a severe accident where the bulb broke off of my humerus bone in my left arm and a rotator cuff surgery - all very, very serious as my arms and hands are very important to me, as are my legs to carry me onstage and through my life as a single mom. The expertise and mastery of what to do to bring me to a stronger human than I have ever been physically has been the gift of Dr. Salinas and his magnificent staff. I am there 2-3 times per week, and I am constantly supervised, watched over and taught with love and detail what it is I am doing or not doing, and how to correct it. I have and will continue to recommend Salinas Physical Therapy to everyone in my world. My doctors at the Main Street Specialty Surgery Center are astounded at not only my recoveries but also the strength that I continue to develop in ways I never, ever thought possible. This is a magnificent and safe and healthy environment for any age (and Im not telling you mine ;).

All I can say is...If you need PT, Go To Salinas Physical Therapy. You will NOT regret it! MRI showed rotator cuff tear and possible biceps tendon issue. Couldnt sleep through the night, constant aching, headaches...I was a mess. Opting for a conservative approach before jumping to surgery, my orthopaedist recommended Dr. Salinas. Im happy to report the personalized attention and care provided by SPT has me ready to get back on the softball field. Im sleeping through the night, constant aching is history and no more headaches! The folks at SPT know their stuff for sure. During my therapy I observed all types of treatments, shoulders, knees, hips, ankles, backs, elbows...they do it all. Dr. Salinas physical therapy clinic is excellent. I have been to a number of offices for physical therapy, so have had experience with different therapists and assistants. His approach is exceptional. He accesses each time a patient comes in to check on progress. His exercises change and push a patient to improve every session. I felt and saw the results quickly. His staff is great also, since he hires very caring, professional and knowledgeable workers. He has motivated me to exercise at home and continue the progress that was made at his clinic. I am so grateful for his help, sincerity and expertise.

I am a tennis player and a professional tennis linesman. I had a rotator cuff injury. Salinas Physical Therapy was the best thing to happen to me. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I saw the therapist 3 times a week for 6 weeks, starting just a couple weeks post-op. My physician says he has never had someone recover from rotator cuff surgery as quickly and completely as I did. I was back playing tennis in no time. My surgery was in July and I was back officiating on court by September. If you need any type of physical therapy, I strongly recommend the therapists at Salinas Physical Therapy.

Dr. Salinas asks tons of questions and listens to you. He explains the how and why and makes the treatment interactive, meaning he doesnt just say go and do 10 of these. He walks you through each step and makes sure you are doing it correctly while making sure you also understand why you are doing what you are doing. It doesnt stop there. His staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and equally as humble as Dr. Salinas. If you want results that will last, dont go anywhere else.

A great experience. Reuben and the rest of the staff were friendly and took the time to explain what I should expect and how the exercises work. The facility is open and bright, more like a fitness studio than a clinic. I feel like Ive recovered with no impairments. I hope I never have to go into physical therapy again -- since that requires getting hurt -- but if I ever do, Ill certainly go back to Salinas.

Excellent place for the rehab of my hip replacement, Reuben and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable and very willing to help in every way. I went in for rehab and saw my strength improve ever week. There was never a problem with my scheduling needs.I will continue with additional strength training now that my rehab is done. Highly recommend Dr. Salinas and his Staff for all you physical therapy needs!
