I dont know about the other people who reviewed before. They are all really old reviews though, so maybe things have changed. All I know is that my experience thus far has been awesome! The massage therapist, Kirstin, was much more concerned with trying to get me relief in a couple of very tied up areas, than about sticking to that one hour mark on the dot. She is a very caring person, as well. The front desk staff (Ashley & Flo) were friendly, patient, and quite efficient. So I dont know about these other peoples experiences, but mine has been great. Dr. Dickson is patient as can be, and takes his time explaining and making sure that when you leave you have no issues from the adjustment - and he almost always reminds you that if you do have issues later on, someone is "there until 6:00." Very caring. Its taken a few more adjustments than I thought for me to start seeing a bit of a consistent result - but then Im a mess. Degenerative disc disease throughout my entire spine, lots of mis-alignments, and arthritis in my neck...so after only 2 massages and 6 adjustments, Im feeling much better.

I highly recommend ADIO Chiropractic for anyone looking for natural relief from back or neck pain. I put my lower back out in early January 2015 and could barely move. I started seeing Dr. Dickson three times a week and getting deep tissue massages with Kristen and now almost two months later Im virtually pain free. In fact, I feel better than before I put my back out. Everyone there is very caring and compassionate. Dr. Dickson not only does chiropractic manipulation, he also works with stretching exercises and other techniques to ensure the cause of the pain is eliminated, not just the symptoms. They will work with you to customize your treatment to meet your available schedule and budget. Their chiropractic and massage fees seem quite reasonable to me. They also have an acupuncturist available two days a week. Ive been to a handful of other chiropractors over the years, some really good and some not so good. I would definitely put Dr. Dickson in the really good category.

I have been going here for about 3 months and have not had any issues with billing like the other people. I have two insurances and Tanesha has made sure I got both insurances to be billed so my claims are completely covered. I have been seeing Dr. Dickson most recently and have been happy with my adjustments. The hidden gem in the office is definitely Kristen, the massage therapist. I get deep tissue massage often with her and she takes deep tissue massage to a whole new level. I have noticed much improvement over the period of time I have been working with her and highly recommend her over anyone you will see at the common massage chains.

While the location was convenient, the office treatment is horrible. Even WITH an appointment, I waited over 20 additional minutes to see the chiropractor. My time was not a concern as "walk in" customers were treated before I was seen. As a working professinal this did not impress me. I thought this was a one time instance, but this occurred two more times before I decided not to go back again. The atmosphere is very unprofessional. They advertise in local newsletters, but be aware - there are many other local chiropractic businesses that deserve your time and money much more than this facility.

Very Upset with this office Tenisha failed to run a credit card payment for several months in a row I owed a balance of $40.00 with this office. I then get a call from a COLLECTION AGENCY stating I owe them $347.00. Upon my call to the office I was informed that theyd reversed the discount to full charges and sent my account to collections! I am appalled!!! An oversight on their part and unproffesional unethical practices!!! I referred multiple people here even kept their cards in my office!! I was a cash paying uninsured patient who always paid my balance at check out!!! Complete disdain!!!!

I have been going to ADIO Chiropractic Center, on Smoky Hill Road, for almost a month now and overwhelmingly appreciative of the service(s) they have provided thus far. It took a couple of visits to understand the workflow, but after that there is little to no wait time to begin your session/appointment. The location is close to my home and that is a huge plus attributing to my review. Additionally, I look forward to my appointment(s) every week because I feel better after each session. The staff are personable and approachable making it a very friendly environment.

I have had lower back pain for most of my life that often resulted in me standing crooked for weeks. Since I have been going here (over a year), I have been pain free and my lower back has never felt better. I never had much faith in chiropractors before I came here, but my experiences here have been nothing but positive. No high pressure sales or packages that cost thousands of dollars, just treatment that works (I go about once a week). Never had any issues with billing either, and I get in and out of there in 10-15 minutes 99% of the time.

Dr. Dickson is awesome. Is always there in my time of need. I get horrible migraines and he always gets me right in. And this is my 2nd pregnancy while being his patient and my body has a mind of its own so I often have to call last minute for an adjustment. But he is truly a lifesaver!! Very friendly, caring, and informative. Ive been going to ADIO since 2012 and I am beyond happy. Thank you for always being there!
