I have been seeing DR Chae for 15 years his practice has been a failure. I scheduled an appointment for 215 came 15 min early o lyrics to be pulled into a room to wait 50 min to be seen. When I went to find out how much longer all the other patients that were in waiting room when I was pulled back were seen and excused before me. Like WTF why make an appointment if you are going to see everybody that made an appointment after you did. Office is Dirty staff not friendly and they clearly dont know how to run a successful office! PS still waiting for the DR its 255

I have been going to Dr. Chaes office for a few years and always found myself completely unhappy with what he has to say at the end of every single apt. My mother, sisters, son and step dad have each had a bad experience. Went to childrens hospital minutes away, and they told us that the medicine that this man had given my son for his constipation is not even supposed to be used for his age group! Never gave me good feedback and was not very knowledgeable in my opinion. I am currently with another care giver and found that to be the best choice yet.

i love DR. CHAES office its very clean. The doc is very good w kids. The receptionist is very nice and helpful. been going their for about a year now.
