This is my all-time favorite dental practice! I have had multiple dental visits with both Dr. Gao and Dr. Sui and each time I have experienced the highest quality of service and expertise from each doctor. Their level of competence, bedside manners, and kindness is unsurpassed. Both have treated me with such kindness and caring that I truly feel as if I am part of their family. Having been to many dentists over my 62 years, I have never been treated as well as with this dental practice. Futhermore, Christina and Bobbie in their front office are equally as kind, helpful and knowledgeable as any medical staff I have ever encountered. Having been an office manager at my wifes OB/GYN medical practice for many years, I can say without qualification, that both Christina and Bobbi are more knowledgeable and efficient than any other staff I have ever encountered. The wait time has always been minimal and exactly according to my scheduled appointment time. I am simply amazed at the efficiency of both Christina and Bobbi. In fact, I now actually look forward to going to the dentist!

I cant begin to say how wonderful this dentist office is. Hua and Xiaomei are the best in the business. Im very picky and I found their dental office on Yelp and read ALL of the excellent reviews. Thats what got me to go there. I was so impressed by how clean the office is and so sophisticated. The front desk girls are very friendly and Dr. Hua Gao and Dr. Xiaomei Sui are just unbelievably great at what they do, telling you each step of the way what theyre doing. Ive never experienced such a great dentist!! Ive been to see them 3 times now, the last visit having a root canal done and wow. I just cant say enough good things about them!!!! I actually look forward to going to the dentist now, like family! I cant thank them enough! The whole staff is wonderful. They must be for putting up with me, ha!

I had an amazing experience at H & M Family Dentistry! I have been terrified I f going to the dentist for years, dating back to having 5 teeth pulled at one visit as a child. The staff made me feel comfortable and was very clear on what I needed to take care of. Also, I was given the breakdown of what costs were associated with which tooth, which I thought was pretty neat. The staff definitely made the experience the best they possibly could! They also helped me sign up for care credit. Within minutes of applying, I was approved! Im finally feeling ready to take care of my smile, and fully trust that this office will take great care in doing so! Thanks again!

The only reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because the staff in the front and the actual office was very nice on THE INSIDE. The outside screams, "Dont go here!" The receptionists/folks who deal with insurance/etc are awesome. The dentists have absolutely NO bedside manner. They take medicaid is the only reason I went in and I am now the proud owner an ill fitted and noticeable partial which they wanted to make more noticeable with metal on my front teeth and I had them shave it down so it was "better," but it is still ugly as sin. Thanks, but no thanks. Im sad that I went here because I think I could have had work done MUCH better somewhere else.

I love love love Dr. Gow and his wife. This is the best Dentist office I have ever visited. The Husband and wife pair are very knowledgeable and have never failed me. I had a tooth extracted yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at how painless the procedure was. I went in after going to an emergency dentist and was told one tooth was the problem when in fact it was not even the right one. Imagine if I would have had it pulled only to have to get another one pulled . I went with my gut and sucked up the pain for three day. This place has the latest technology too. I highly reccomend this place. A good friendly Dentis is hard to come by.

Wow! Love the girls up front - horrible with names so sorry but you know who you are! I have medicaid and its been hard finding someone who excepts for both kids and adults. This location is farther than I would like to drive but boy is it worth it! Both docs are extremely nice and patient; they explain everything and are nice when doing so. I love how up to speed they are with technology, from the outside looking in, I didnt expect this given its inside a retail strip area; I was impressed with what they are able to do there - like 2 crowns and a root canal in 4 hours! This will be my families new dentist office. Thanks! Lasinda

This is the first business I have ever been impressed enough by to take the time and energy to both write a review and go out of my way to recommend to both friends and family. The office folks are helpful and friendly. The assistants are knowledgable and vested in the process. The dentist Excel in the art of denistry. I have felt both taken care of and advocated for with the insurance company and along the process of getting my smile back and my teeth in excellent shape. The entire staff makes going to the dentist a joy.. kudos to H&M Dentistry for being Large in the field.

I was nervous upon my first appointment because of my past experience with other dentist office. I expressed my concerns to my dentist, and I must say that she took them into consideration. The care and gentle nature of my dentist was that of a mothers, and I felt comfortable during my entire appointment which is rare for me. I was amazed that they even put on Netflix for me on the monitor above the cleaning chair. This by far is the best dentist office Ive been to ,and will continue to go to, because of the atmosphere and professionalism that welcomes you at each appointment.

KUDOS! H&M IS THE BEST FAMILY DENTISTRY EVER! I am so grateful to have Dr. Gao and Dr.Sui and their wonderful staff as my dental care providers! I had a terrible experience at the dentist when I was a child and developed a fear of going to the dentist. My first visit to H&M was so comforting that my fears began to fade immediately. The overall experience of the entire team has been so great that I am no longer afraid of going to the dentist. They are kind, caring, and compassionate. I have recommended H&M to my family, friends and co workers. KUDOS H&M!

Im so glad I found H&M Dentistry! The staff is very friendly and personable. They know me by sight and name (after the first visit!) They keep me informed about my insurance and what it covers. They always have time for me when I need something and they are open every other Saturday to accommodate their patients. Dr. Gao is wonderful. Hes very patient and makes sure Im comfortable while he works and takes the time to go over the options in my care, considering all options and bearing in mind, the cost. I could not be more pleased!

This is my favorite dentist! Bobby, Christina, and Dr. Gao are the best ever! Ive had to come in for a few emergency extractions and they got me in that same day. Staff are super friendly, Dr. Gao I always trust with everything from routine cleanings to urgent extractions, and all rooms have Netflix! They take most insurance plans including Medicaid, and the lobby is very welcoming with awesome front desk staff and complimentary water bottles. Please come to these guys for your dental care, theyll even Check in with you post extractions.
