I have been seeing Dr.Peterson for 10+years and his office has slowly declined over the years. The hygienists are great and Dr. Peterson is a great dentist but the way the office is handled is poor. He now only allows you to pay off any debt with care credit which is a credit card that you have to use. He does not allow any other payment options. Also front office does not I from you of your insurance and if you hit max for the year they dont advice you if that. Im disappointed because I have been a patient of his for so long but he wont work with you on payment options unless you use the care credit.

Dr. Grant is wonderful and really goes out of his way to make sure you feel no pain during the dental procedure by numbing you up really well. He uses a device that vibrates which makes it so you cant feel the needle for the numbing injections at all! He also asks you throughout the procedure if youre doing ok and if you feel any pain just to make sure he numbed you up enough. I would highly recommend Parker Family Dental to everyone in need of dental work.

Pay them over $2000 in October got a bill several months later in June saying a owe $92 which I have went back-and-forth with them about my bills never call me back iTalk to my insurance they told me what they pay and I paid the balance But still getting a bill

Parker Family Dental has a very welcoming environment. The staff is very friendly, and Dr. Peterson is very knowledgeable. They were quick, and very professional during my teeth cleaning. I was extremely impressed, and plan to continue going there.
