I am extremely disappointed with the way this office does business. I started off as a happy patient, until I realized that this office is only out for the Money. Six months ago, around Christmas, it was brought to my attention that I needed some extra work done after my cleaning. I explained that money is tight during the Holidays and that I needed time because of the out of pocket expense. The Dentist expressed that I would start to experience some pain if I didn’t get this done, and they offered me a discount if I have the work done before the 1st of the year. I reluctantly scheduled an appointment before 1st of the year. I did not have the money for the procedure so I called a day before to cancel the appointment. Well, in their policy they charge a whopping 75.00 fee if you do not call 48 hours is advance to cancel, which I find extremely high for a cancellation fee!! The nice receptionist was no longer nice and became very rude when I asked her some type leeway since I have been a patient of theirs for over 2 years. The Bottom line is I felt that they are not there for the patient, only for the money! I have not been back and did not have any work done, and I DID NOT AND DO NOT HAVE ANY PAIN, that the dentist said I would experience! I am so excited Comfort Dental is being built across the street!! I know for sure Green Valley Ranch Cosmetic & Family Dental will never have my business!

I have been ripped off by this practice for the last time. This is not only a very poor operation dental practice but a sad one. I witnessing several patients cry over just how sloppy a job they had received. They report having a new dentist and staff every few months. I have been in the dental field for more than eleven years. And I have never seen an office start business with a dental lab or dental distributer rack up a bill and not pay them just hire a new one. Customers/ patients have trusted this practice but have been told we dont refund money were a refund is due; even if it was a mix up on the practice end only in office credit only!!! Wow.. They give no notice to employees about there decision to let go but then fail to pay wages due! its been more the two weeks and rent is due. You dont pay your bills! (I do) Ethically: This is not a clinic to be trusted from both an employee and a patient stand point!!!! What a rip off Whiting and his trusted. Staff are! Can we all Say BBB.

Worst dental practice in green valley ranch!! They try to do work on your teeth that u dont even need. Manager is EXTREMELY adamant on you keeping your app. regardless the situation. Example.... Called and canceled my app 48 hrs in advance and now theyre trying to charge me 150$ for missed app. I filed a complaint with the BBB, which I am not the first! Do NOT waste your time and hard earned money on these IDIOTS!!!! They are a bunch of crooks!! There is a great dental practice in GVR in Walmart shopping center, right next to GNC. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! EXCELLENT PRICES!! EXCELLENT BENEFITS MANAGER!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!! If I had the time, I would make a sign, stand out in front of their office and advice people NOT to use their practice!!

Has anyone else gotten a faulty crown here? I had a crown put in and 4 months later the crown had a hole in it. I went back and I was told a replacement would be covered but because I was in my third trimester, I had to wait but was assured it would be taken care of. 3 months later they packed up and moved & now I have a $1700 bill because insurance will not cover the tooth for 5 years because it was just done! bad dental practice. my teeth were bleeding for days after the cleaning, rude staff. billing service will charge you some explainable fees. go to COMFORT DENTAL they are great

Save your mouth and go somewhere else! Read other reviews. Seriously, I wish I did! They also do this money scam thing others are talking about.
