I was very disappointed with my experience at Four Seasons Dental. While the staff was always friendly, they were unable to provide the service that I had requested. I wanted a retainer made to help shift one of my teeth forward. I have had a few other dentists make me retainers over the years without issue. When I asked this of Four Seasons Dental they said it was no problem and they took impressions. The first retainer was made and was a terrible fit and applied absolutely no pressure to the tooth needed. I then called back and they made me an appointment to have another made. I went in in mid November for this appointment and by Dec. 27 I still had not heard from them regarding the retainer being ready. I called there for several weeks and their phone system was not working properly, I could not even leave a message. Finally, I got through one day after calling four times. The front desk lady said that others had been reporting the same problem, too. She apologized and said she would look into the retainer and call me the following day. Two days later she called and said my retainer was ready to be picked up. I promptly went to get the retainer however they gave me the absolute worst retainer I have ever seen (I have worked in dental previously). Even the front desk women said that It was terrible. It was jagged at the top, paper thin/brittle, very loose fit, and again, applied zero pressure to the tooth needed. They offered to redo it for free, however I said no thank you because I have little confidence that they have the ability to produce what I wanted...a simple retainer...and it would be another waste of my time. I hate to write a negative review for a practice and dentist that are so new, however, this was an absolute terrible experience. Even my routine cleaning was weird. They dont have dividers for the rooms (all out in the open), there was still dirt on the seat from the last patient, the dentist cleaned my teeth, and the dental assistant was very shy and nervous when flossing/polishing my teeth....making me feel very uncomfortable. I do wish them the best, however I will not be a patient of theirs.

First i would like to say that i have never had a good experience at a Dentist office and that made me not get regular checkups and fix problems that I had going on. I was afraid of pain and of course cost. From the first phone call that put me at ease I was seen immediately as I was having pain and Dr. Brady gently took time and put me at ease and explained what was going on and what the plan would be. All my fears and concerns he listened to and each appointment was met with professionalism and compassion. I look at my before and after pictures and Im shocked that I let my teeth go for so long and was in pain for years and convinced myself that this was normal. I drive from Denver to the Springs as its worth the drive to be with the right Dental office. I know everyone worries about cost but I can honestly tell you that the cost was far less than expected and the office worked with me so it was an easy process. I cant thank Dr. Brady, Michelle, Michael, Karla, London and Nat for the great experience and my beautiful smile for life.

I was so happy my friend Carrie referred me to this place. My husband was going to another dental place popular in the area. Every time we went in they tried to add fees and services to his procedures. We just stopped going there. We decided to go to Four Seasons Dental Care. They are so fast and wonderful. They didnt drag out his treatments and No extra fees and my husbands partial looks awesome. The office manager is so caring. She looks out for the clients and goes that extra mile. This place is really amazing! The first dental office that makes you feel like your family!

Was not a good experience. I felt very rushed and the dentist didnt explain what they were going to do. The cleaning was the most painful one I have experienced and days after I feel like my gums were damaged. I can feel the deep edges of my teeth where I never have before. I had a good experience here last time but I would never go back and suggest the same to others. Also, they offer money to watch you write a positive review in front of them, so I would be skeptical of these 5-star reviews.

I cant say enough amazing things about this place. I absolutely love everyone there and they have been so wonderful in helping me. Dr Brady is the best dentist I have ever seen. I have no fear or anxiety going there and he has always been so caring and helpful. I have never once felt unimportant and the staff has even gone out of their way to help me. If you want a dentist who truly cares about you, you need to go to this place. You will not regret it.

So l went in with severe tooth pain. I was put in last minute and they still got me in within the hour and I was seen right away. I got treated for my infection and even got some tooth work done and it was all handled with care and compassion. Dr Brady made sure that I didnt feel a thing. The entire staff is great to work with. I dont like going to the dentist but as long as I have these guys to go to, its not as bad anymore.

Had some family emergencies so i rescheduled my appointments well i got a very rude message from Jenna when i called to talk about the message i received i was informed very rudely i wouldnt be able to see this doctor ever. When i tried explaining what happen she got even more rude to where finally i had to hang up on her. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! Especially when someone is dealing with a death in the family.

Four Seasons is my second dentist experience in Colorado Springs and I am so glad I switched to them. I had a very painful abscess at my first visit and the staff was very caring and got me all fixed up. The location is very convenient right off south circle and the office waiting comfortable and clean. I will be returning to Four Seasons for my full set of dentures!

I love this dentist because they work around my schedule and they and are very quick at what they do and the receptionist is a very great person I showed up late today and they still took me in and pulled my tooth for me Im so pleased with them

The receptionist is very sweet and knowledgeable. The doctors and assistance are very nice and concerning and wants the best for you. The surroundings is very clean and comfortable. :)

I discovered a cavitity in my far back molar and was able to be seen to get it filled the next morning. The doctor was very gentle and answered all of my questions before starting.
