I called and got an appt for new patient only 2 days later! I came in, everyone at the counter was nice, they all smiled at me, and I waited for a very short time(and there was people in the waiting moving in fast as well!) I have a bad set of teeth, the pretty eyed girl that brought me back was very nice to me right away. I got my xrays fast, and as I waited from time to time I could see everyone clearly working hard everywhere, that is evident! With my medicaid I might have had to wait for my extractions...However, An awesomely nice lady DDS came back and looked inside and saw my painful tooth that needed a "Emergency Surgical Extraction", she said to get me in right away to have it done. And it was! I went back, she numbed me up and Brian pulled it. They were busy and fit me in because they actually cared! I have normally paid dentist hard earned cash for work, and these people took me in, cared, listened to what I had to say and overall had a great experience compared to the cocky yuppy dentists. Best part is they are getting me in very soon also to do all my fillings. I had a great experience, and look forward to more work and the people there. I strongly reccomend this place, whether youre broke like me trying to get back on your feet or if your ritzy on have money then it will be well spent, Im sure this is a great place for anyone! The worst experience ever. I have dentures Ill never wear because they look terrible. I was told when they made them that they were out of the right size and left it at that. If I had known that I couldve waited for them to come in then I definitely wouldve waited. It wasnt like I hadnt already waited for this for 6 months! So, when I called and complained the girl on the phone said to come in and we could see about making new ones because they want me to love my new dentures. So I went in and nope they didnt have any notes of my complaining and the girl basically acted as if I had been ok with it when they were made. Completely untrue. I would have never agreed to this. So now I have dentures Ill never wear and on top of that, they cut the liner out of my old ones to use as a mold and want to charge me 200.00 to replace the liner. You can bet that anyone I meet that needs a dentist I damn sure steer them away from this place.

The staff at Star Dental are just wonderful! The office manager ( name starts with the letter S) is a lovely and genuine man. I just adore him. I love the dental technicians. They are sincerely caring and put you at ease while they explain the procedures and after care clearly. They have several Dentists, i highly recommend Dr. Bucellato (hope i spelled that correctly) he is wonderful! He talks you through what he is doing and is patient and gentle. He has a great chair side manner. The technicians who do the dentures are also wonderful! One in particular is excellent (M). She is incredible! This is by far the best dental Institute i have experienced.

Honestly I would rate them a ten! My first visit was also an emergency situation since I had broken molar with exposed nerve only days before. I have bad dental experiences so end up with panic attacks. They were friendly, professional, kept me calm that I was only starting the panic attack that usually comes with the dentist but it was over in less then two minutes. Only two shot to numb, only felt the first one and then he reached in felt him grab tooth but no pressure and then he sat back. Im still in starting the attack. Best dentist appointment

Would not recommend Dr. Rush if he was the last dentist on earth. Went in to replace a outdated partial. Told them specifically what I wanted and didnt want. After waiting 4 days which I thought they offered same day service, I received exactly what I didnt order. What he gave me was the same partial that I had and after expressing my disapproval was told I just need to get used to it. They do not have the best interest of the patient at heart. But they sure did require payment before I even received the partial.

I never been a patient. However I applied for a open job position. I was happy to get a call back and have an interview scheduled. The day before my interview I received a call that they had filled the position! Very unprofessional. If they would treat a potential employee as so... I could only imagine how they treat their clients... 0 stars if I could.

I went there when a filling fell out and I was in A LOT of pain. I ended up having the tooth pulled, and went back for a couple of other appointments since then. Dr. Ravard is amazing, the dental assistants are all great and very caring, and even the office staff is outstanding. A great office to have your dental needs taken care of.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. The staff is rude they treated me absolutely horrible because I asked a few questions about my treatment due me having high anxiety issues then tell me I need to find a new place to be seen but wont give me any names or numbers. They treated me like I was in kindergarten

I was looking for a dentist to fix the mess that another dentist did to me. Then I see the ad for Star Dental. Im pretty sure this is the same dentist that came over from Stetson Hills Dental. If thats the case, I would not recommend him for dental implants. So disappointed and embarrassed with the results.

I went in about 3 months ago to have a tooth added to my flipper. The tooth was so long it went up to top of the gum and it moved around slot. Last night it felt like a hole in that new tooth, sure was it broke off. Im angry and not happy. Waiting for a call from them now.

I have enjoyed Star Dental For several years. Doctor Rush seems to realy care about people. His fees are reasonable. You can see a dentist, and walk out with dentures in the SAME DAY!! No kidding the same day. Thanks Doctor Rush.

I went there for a top denture. It doesnt fit correctly. They tried to up sell me to 5 grand. Sad part, Im eligible for VA dental. I cant wait for months what is done in a day. Then the VA refused to cover it. What a joke.

There is now where in the Pikes Peak region that can produce same day dentures and at such an affordable price. The staff are incredible and the doctors are amazing at what they do.

Had an abcess they didnt provide antibiotics or any pain relief after extractions they bruised my jaw and when I dont them I wasnt numb all the way they continued to tug and pull
