Twin Aspen is the perfect dental office for any family. Our son LOVES the place and that is alot coming from an 8 year old who is normally terrified. He said "this is his favorite dentists office," because the hygenist was soooo nice to him and he had so much fun. As busy parents we love the fact that we can schedule the entire family to come in at once and be treated by fun people with some of the coolest, most advanced dental equipment used today. Dr. ONeill and his staff are friendly, fun, professional and we really enjoy going to the office. While there are on a routine cleaning exam both my wife and I were instructed about the possibilities of having sleep apnea. We were amazed that Dr. ONeills office had the technology for us to do sleep studies in our own home. We were later diagnosed with mild to moderate sleep apnea and prescribed dental appliances that have literally changed our life. The snoring has stopped and our energy levels have increased tremendously because of them. We are very grateful for Dr. ONeills willingness and desire to go above and beyond in caring for our family and have highly recomended Twin Aspen Dentar Center to any of our friends and family.

I came here after having a filling come loose and seeing largely positive reviews online for this practice. Walked in the following morning, and they were able to fit me in on short notice. Everyone was friendly and professional, from the receptionists to the hygienists to the dentists themselves (I met both of them). Dr. Richter in particular was very personable and put me at ease. I never felt like I was being upsold on work I needed done, and in fact was cut a bit of a break, which I greatly appreciated! The cost of my filling was very reasonable, and they did their best to keep me as comfortable as possible throughout. As a fourth year medical student, and having been on the other side of things as a dental patient elsewhere in the past, I have dealt with dentists who seemed less than scrupulous at times. However, I had every indication both Dr. Richter and Dr. ONeill are both outstanding dentists and good people; I felt a greater sense of integrity with them than with some of the physicians with whom Ive rotated! I would and will recommend this practice to anyone in the area.

Ill be honest, the only thing that initially kept me going back was the hygienist, Courtney. She is excellent with both her care and remembering who I am! I was starting to feel that Dr. ONeill didnt particularly care about me (he never seemed that friendly towards me - more a number then a name) but then they hired Dr. Richter. Dr. Richter has been outstanding and a great addition to the practice. Ive had plenty of work done and hes been great at both the work and remembering who I am. Theres always hesitation going to a dentists office but this staff has been excellent and I plan on going back, as long as both Courtney and Dr. Richter remain! TLDR - The staff is great, the work they do is great, their pricing and structure is fair, and I would recommend these guys to anyone! (And their massage chair in the waiting room is definitely a plus)

I love Twin Aspen Dental Center! Dr. Richter is the only dentist who was able to make my crown match the rest of my teeth! I have had a lot of dentists work on my front tooth, which has been a crown since I was 15, and no one was able to make me feel confident with my smile. That is until I met Dr. Richter. Not only did he make my crown match the rest of my teeth perfectly he also helped me with Invisalign. I used to go to my brothers dental practice, but I will never go back after such amazing treatment at Twin Aspen. Major bonus is the massage chair in the waiting room and the little subtle massagers in the dental chair! Best dental experience in Colorado for sure!

This place has gone down hill since Dr. Richter took over the practice. It says a lot about a business owner when they let go the Dentist that started the business and a employees that has worked their for many years and have retained so many patients and kept the business successful. Dana the office manager is the puppet master and Dr. Richter is her puppet. *Response to "owners response"* Also, yes one of my employees I know was let go, but the Doctor that started the practice was also let go a week later, without a reason. Making things up that arent true to fight an employees unemployment claim is not only unethical but also against the law.

We took our son Matt to here when Larry O Neil was there he did not do the work the younger dentist did. they said he had a cavity which they filled and a few,days later the filling fell out so we in again they drilled his tooth so hard almost down to the nerve and now we have to have an expensive Root Canel I feel they are responsible for this problem as and should help pay for this somehow if they had any reservations required filling it they should have not and sent us someplace else for a consultation. This has caused our son allot of pain. I would not recommend this office at all for dental work

Dr. Richter and his staff are amazing! I have extreme anxiety regarding dentist visits and had delayed a dental procedure for years. Everyone at the office was kind, understanding, caring and gentle. Tiffany was so kind and understanding. They took their time to make sure I was comfortable and I experienced NO pain. It was the best experience I have had at a dentist. If you have anxiety regarding dentist visits, give Dr. Richter at Twin Aspen Dental Center a try, you will be glad you did. I am actually looking forward to my next visit with them!

Being a patient of Dr. Richters for over 3 years, my experiences at Twin Aspen Dental Center have always been positive. The front office staff are friendly and welcoming, and the lounge offers bottled water and a massage chair to relax in until your appointment begins. The hygienists are very thorough in their cleanings, leaving your mouth feeling awesome. Dr. Richters calm demeanor eases my nerves, and he always has the patients best interest in mind as he discusses treatment options. An added bonus, free whitening after your first cleaning!

Twin Aspen Dental Center is the best dental practice in Colorado. The office manager helped me battle my insurance company and they paid a claim which initially had been denied. The girls at the front desk always have a smile on their faces and are helpful. I have seen several of the hygienists and they are all very good. Dr. Richter is caring and compassionate, as is his assistants. There is literally no missing link in this practice.

I am truly afraid of "the dentist", bad experiences have rendered me a full dental chicken! Ive been searching for a new provider and this office ROCKS! The staff took time to listen to my fears and phobias, calmed my nerves and was so personable and professional. I am so impressed with their care and knowledge. I think Ive found a new dentist!
