Smoky Hill Family Dentistry did an outstanding job taking care of my teeth. I went in for a crown and they made sure I was comfortable during the procedure and provided great support after I had my temporary put in. Unfortunately, I had a minor mishap and the temporary crown fell out. Sherry, the office manager, made sure to get me in ASAP to get another one put in so I didnt have to go toothless. Kayla did a wonderful job taking care of me on several occasions as well. The dentist, Dr. Norrie, was friendly and did a great job explaining what the procedure entailed and outlining the process. Overall, I felt the staff was cordial, the office was comfortable and the experience was positive. Thank you all for doing a great job!

I went into this office for a cleaning. They told me I needed 7 fillings but while I was recieving the fillings they snuck in a couple extra. I have had serious tooth pain for months now and I also need at least one root canal in a tooth he filled. He would not look me in the eye when discussing this matter with me. I asked him who should be financially responsible for the root canal and he said that I should because that is something that just sometimes happens when filling a tooth. Please avoid him at all cost.

My family moved into the area a year ago and we chose Dr. Rano as our family dentist. We have had wonderful experiences with Smoky Hill Family Dentistry. The office staff is polite and helpful. They have always worked with us to schedule visits in a timely manner. Dr. Rano is knowledgeable and friendly. He discusses dental options with you and does not push unnecessary cosmetic procedures. We have only had positive experiences with this office. We would recommend this practice to our friends.

My son was complaining of a tooth ache so I called Smoky Hill Family Dentistry, not only did they take his insurance but I was able to get a same day appointment. My son doesn’t do well going to the dentist, but Dr. Altatari explain every step that he was doing and the tools that he was using, putting my son at ease. My son left calm and new understand what he needs to do to have healthy teeth. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Altatari

My whole family comes to Dr. Rabi. And we have for a couple of years now. He is the best dentist Ive ever had! He is so sweet and gentle with my children. He treats them like his own. He is very thorough and upfront about treatment. Everyone in this office is a blessing! They make going to the dentist our favorite part of the year!
