Our experience today wasnt as positive as our previous visit. My sons appointment time was at 10:40 yet we werent seen until 11:05. We were assigned to a new hygienist who didnt introduce herself so I dont know her name. I called after our visit as I questioned the information regarding the "rules" with the fluoride. Sure enough my memory was correct and what we were told was incorrect. I shared our other concerns that came up during our visit at that time and thats when I learned it was our hygienists first day. Our time with Dr. Benzley was terrific; hes very thorough and has a wonderful demeanor with the kids. Unfortunately the long wait and our troubles with our hygienist lead to a less than stellar review of this visit. Hopefully next time will be a more positive experience again. Update: Weve had two great visits since this not so great visit and am convinced the one not so great visit we had was just a fluke.

I called Castle Rock Smiles Pediatric Dentistry on a Monday and although e were not currently patients, my 8 year old was having moderate tooth pain and I needed him seen right away. The front desk worked us in for that afternoon and I realized when we got there that they were staying after hours to see us. They took a look at my son and saw that he needed attention right away and his tooth could not wait. The doctor and staff were very kind and helpful and completely accommodating to my son. He never once felt discomfort and he actually enjoyed being at the dentist. It became obvious that the tooth was not doing well and the doctor worked on it for quite a while. In the end, they fixed the broken tooth and my son was not in pain anymore! We are so grateful for the care that our son received and highly recommend Castle Rock Smiles.

All 4 of my kids love to go to the Castle Rock Smiles because they love Dr. Benzley. His staff is very kind, and they do a good job of making my kids feel special and comfortable. Our 6 year old always gets very anxious when it comes to new places and things. He was nervous when we first went to Castle Rock Smiles, but the staff gently guided him through his check up. When we discovered he had several cavities, Dr. Benzley patiently explained the different treatment options, and we received accurate estimates before the work was done. Dr. Benzley did a wonderful job filling the cavities, our son was calm and felt no pain, and still likes the dentist!

We get really great care here. The hygienists are fun and the entire experience is easy for my kids is great! The office is nice, clean, and fun for my kids. Best of all, they are not worried about going to the dentist)! Dr. Benzley is gentle and makes it a positive time here. My kids have had to have some work--and each time, they are relaxed and as comfortable as possible. Theyve never had residual pain--and it has all gone very smoothly--and the work done has held up. I couldnt be happier with this office and with Dr. Benzley. When we moved here I was hoping to find a great pediatric dentist--and we did in Dr. Benzley and Castle Rock Smiles!

One of the most kid and family friendly practice. Dr. Benzley is so patience and gently and my kids love him! we have been going for almost 5 years and the kids are always excited to go in ~ no anxiety or tears! I am never worried or anxious about cavities that are to be filled because he talks to the parents about problem areas and we watch those for a while before even fills them or puts a crown. The front office are so friendly one morning I had 3 appointments back to back from 8 am and was even offered to share their coffee ( plus). I have recommended many friends to even use hm for a 2nd opinion and they love it!

Absolutely loved our first visit to the dentist!!! Jill at the front desk is so warm and friendly to the parents and the kids! The dental assistant was kind and cordial and so good with my daughter. She explained everything to her prior to doing it and made my little girl so comfortable. The only issue I had was that we had to wait 30 minutes before being seen. We were on time (3 minutes early) and the only ones in the waiting room and had to wait a great deal. Just glad I didnt bring my other two as it would not have worked. But other than that we had a great experience and will definitely be going back!

I brought both of my daughters in my oldest was nervous because she had been going to the same dentist for years and loved our former dentist office and staff but we moved and needed to find a closer dentist. Both of my children walked out happy my oldest said she loved this place she had a great time. I was very happy with the staff friendly and patient took the time to show them how they should brush their teeth educating them which our other place never did we use to be in and out in 20 minutes with their cleanings. Smiles took there time and did a fabulous job. Thank you guys.

I can honestly say this is the absolute BEST dentist I have ever been to! If they took adults I would switch for myself. I took my son here on Friday, he had to get a 6 month check up and get a front tooth pulled (baby tooth) that wouldnt come out, the dentist, the dental assistants EVERYONE made it such a relaxing and low stress environment, my son was SO comfortable. I was blown away from the entire staff, they went above and beyond my expectations!! I would absolutely take your kids here!!! I can honestly say I will be recommending this dental office to everyone!!!

Both of my children (4 years old and 1 year old) are new patients at Castle Rock Smiles. They have both come for a check-up and most recently my 1 year old visited for a tooth injury. The dentist and staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My 1 year old is not very cooperative and cries during her exam but they are so patient and gentle with her. My 4 year old had an excellent exam, he loves the waiting room toys, TVs above the exam tables, and the toy toothbrushes for the stuffed animals. A great practice, we are happy to have found them!

Dr. Benzley was really great with my kids. He and his staff made my children feel very comfortable. (We had had a not so great experience at another pediatric dentist in town, so they were a little afraid to go back.) But, thanks to the staff at this office, my children are no longer afraid of the dentist! I also appreciated that Dr. Benzley was very honest and didnt do work on my kids that they really didnt need. We were very satisfied with our experience here and will happily continue to get our childrens dental treatment done here!

I love the staff, and Dr. Benzley is always friendly. I like and appreciate how he takes the time to explain everything he finds while examining my kids teeth. He also always gives me the opportunity to ask questions with out me feeling rushed. They are always prompt and on time. I arrived quite late once due to really bad weather causing serious traffic jams, and they were still able and willing to stay a little late to clean and examine my kids teeth. What a great dental practice! I highly recommend this dentist office.
